   I recently brought my expensive Reiss coat to Mint Dry Cleaners in Belfast and was really impressed by the care they took. They wrapped the metal buttons in tinfoil before cleaning to protect them, which I thought was a great touch, and a big relief that they were protected. It’s clear they pay attention to detail, and my coat came back looking perfect. I will definitely use them again. The lady working there was very nice too

   Came down in a panic with a dress I stained the night before a wedding. The wedding was at 2pm and I called in at 9am. Met with a lovely man with honest opinion on how long it might take but he had it cleaned and ready 2 hours later. So thankful for him and now I can wear the dress I've been looking forward to wearing. Very professional and friendly staff.

   Damaged a like new Magee jacket that had been worn once to a funeral - note the label which hasn't even been taken off. When challenged on it the next day, he denied, deflected, and refused to compensate. No such defects had been noted when we looked at it together in the morning because they weren't there. They would have been extremely obvious and clear to see - instead he just noted it was stained. He didn't call me before collection to warn me that they were damaged, and has left me with no option but to take him to small claims. Don't deal with him and take your chances anywhere else if your clothes are worth anything to you.
