   Awful service. The person working there is absolutely clueless about piercings, no way I will have it done in that store, and this is without getting it done there, I can only imagine the damage he would do! AVOID

   My 5 year old daughter got her ears pierced today & it was a brilliant experience. The lovely lady who did the ear piercing alongside her colleague was fantastic. Great customer service & we are very happy with the piercings. Would highly recommend.

   I visited the store today to have both of my ears pierced and I received an extremely warm welcome from Emily. Her knowledge, professionalism and kindness made the visit a very relaxed and comforting experience.    Came here to get my third lobe piercing,was rude for no reason from the beginning and awkward, not welcoming or friendly in anyway. handed us a heavy dirty ipad to fill out the form and was rude when a simple mistake was made while filling it out. didn’t know i was going to be tested on the information that i should have read and became hostile when i didn’t know the exact answers to the questions. also they don’t wear masks in the store,touch you without sanitising and no sense of social distancing what so ever. don’t bother coming here for a piercing and instead go to a reputable piercing shop.

   Had my daughters ears pierced yesterday by Chelsea. She could tell I was nervous and she was really friendly and chatty and really interactive with my little one making a big effort to make her smile and laugh. A very pleasant experience for all of us. Thank you!
