   Nothing but a utter disgrace So we booked our kids in to get their ears pierced online all booked and off we went to store We had a booking for 12.15 and at 12.00 we received a message saying booking has now been changed to the following day We went in to store to speak to the staff and got spoken to very rudley and was also informed that they knew there would be no staff member available from the previous day so they only started informing people at 12.00 even tho the store had been opened since 11 We had to leave the store with very disappointed children and also very annoyed that the staff member spoke my us with attitude and addressed us in a very rude manner Please give a like if this has helped you

   Horrible. Never again. You book peircing online and go to shop to be told that the lady that does the peircing dosnt start till later on the day. Why the hell we book online. Further more a new starter that knows nothing and customer service say we pass it on manager to do more internal training. We had to wait an hour an half to get my daughter ears peirced.dont recommend. Avoid

   Horrible horrible staff. The manager called ‘Maria’ is a horrible, rude, lazy, stone hearted person. She has absolutely no mercy for the small infants and the mothers who come all the way to do piercing. They do not explain the customers properly. I wanted to do piercing for my daughter, they were busy hence asked me to wander about till the person who does piercing comes back, so that their shop is not crowded, later when I returned they refused to do piercing even after pleading them for so long.

   Made an appointment with Claire's a few days ago to have my ears pierced and when I turned up for the appointment time, the shop was closed with the shutters down. There was no note on the shutters and I arrived well within their opening and closing times. Went to talk to security to know if they knew anything about the shop being closed and they didn't, they said to their understanding and knowledge the shop should be open and there was no indication that it should be closed. Kept walking back and forth throughout my time in Hounslow and still had the same result. Very disappointed they did not make an attempt to inform me of any closure or to ask me if I would like to reschedule to another date.

   A very good shop for piercing and accessories. I took my daughter to get her ears pierced and the process was very smooth. Mariya is a very lively and helpful girl who took us with the procedure very efficiently. We were very scared about our daughter but it was very easy. Highly recommend.
