   Visited today and had my 13 month old daughters ears pierced. We arrived without a previous booking and was 30 minutes before closing time. The shop colleagues were very accommodating. Helpful with the whole process. Piercing is a culturally important milestone for a baby for our family and the store colleagues were extremely understanding and helpful in allowing members of our family to stand to the side of the store to view the piercing being done. This meant alot to us. Thank you to Lilita, Jey and Kritika for being extremely helpful today.

   The retail assistants were very unprofessional and not welcoming. They turned me back and said they wouldn’t have my baby’s ears pierced bcos I arrived 10mins before closing time which the shop was full of customers and they were still working. They said they wouldn’t help me .

   Had my 4th ear piercing done from here today. Very friendly staff and I got 20% off on accessories. The discount is offered with piercing. Here is the picture, the daisies at the top end are the ones I had done and bought others from here to match with it all.

   Wouldn’t recommend for ear piercing. Complete disaster and waste of money. Should look into proper training especially as they provide piercings for infants.
