The staff in H&M Craigavon are lovely but lack knowlage of accessability for service users, i had requested to use the accessable changing rooms as i can find it overwhelming and cramped in the standard chaging facilites. I politely asked the staff member if i could use the accessable fitting room to which they responded with 'no', and directed me to the ones on the right hand side, it was very quiet at the time and the accessable changing facility was vacant at the time. I didnt feel like argueing so i just went with it but i feel like the staff should be reminded that not all people with disabilites have visable disabilites. Please take this into consideration in poteintial staff training, and remind staff members that not all disabilites are visible. Many thanks.
