It’s the second time I’ve gone to different branches and both were closed, and there was no info on Google Maps either! But I’m actually happy about it.. I ended up discovering another (and better) place to get my piercing done.
Came in store today to exchange a deformed earrings which purchased a week ago, the lady named Chelsea was very attentive and helpful, she examine the return earring properly, Even unfortunately the original earring was sold out, she patiently helped me picked out some other amazing options for my exchange, and told me there’s promotion happening in store, which I happily picked out something extra and got myself some brand new earring replacement. Chelsea is definitely very professional and helpful, highly recommend this store if you need some simple Jewellery for everyday wear. And the company definitely needs to promote Chelsea as she’s the best sales person I ran into in the London retail scene, made my day
The staff were incredibly helpful. Could not have been nicer. The merchandise is exactly what you would expect for the price point. Good value for the money, but you do get what you pay for.
Went for an ear piercing. A member of their staff did an excellent job. I felt the service was a little expensive. I have not checked the rates at the other studios. So I decided to go for it. However, the service was quick and perfect.
This is a small shop located on the busy walking street of London. It offers a variety of cute items, and I was thrilled to find some new Pusheen arrivals in the shop. Overall, it's a great place to check out if you're looking for adorable and unique finds.
Do not pierce your ears at this place, especially do not do it to yoir kids. 2 months after both of my 5 years lld ear were still Mot healed, very cheap earrings (I bought the 14c gold) I just had to remove everything and wait until it is healed to take her to a proper piercer. Disgusting service and dangerous
This little Claire’s store is located at Oxford Street (near Tottenham Court Road Elizabeth line station). It has very good selection of trendy jewellery, hair accessories, hand bags and cute little soft toys, etc. Moreover, there is ear piercing service available. The staff are very polite.
Terrible customer service - Were not told of the offers, when asking about the piercings all we were told was they cost between £30 and £200 with no ther information. Unhygienic piercings - piercer put gloves on then touched table, drawers and mirror then did the piercing without sanitising or changing gloves first and did it in the wrong place. DO NOT GET PIERCINGS HERE. There is a professional piercer next door to them, go there.
I have a BIG COMPLAINT about your company and their employees. About two weeks ago I booked an ear piercing for my daughter, this was to be a present - surprise for her First Holy Communion. We booked on the 23rd of August 4:30pm but arrived 1h earlier. At this time they wasn’t busy in the shop so the member of staff (Asian girl) let us get it done before time. In the beginning everything was good, she explain to us how going to be after care, we chose which earrings we would buy, she said that 18k 3mm ball will be better for my daughter because different between 9k earrings (£45) and 18k earrings (£58) just £10 (this is strange because on the end of this situation the receipt showed £45 for earrings and £15 for rapid lotion and the girl who’s booked for ear piercing she said this is inclusive in price). After the same member of staff marked my daughters ears, we checked how it was looking (she started to complain that my daughters lobes are different sizes), then she change the position slightly and invited her store manager to help her for ear piercing together at the same time. Of course, my daughter was scared and started to cry (normal emotions). The ladies started to count 5…4…3... the first one finished with 3 and the store manager finished with 1. Seems like everything went good, but…she wasn’t asking me the mother are you happy how is looking, or mum please check is good position, she just said to my daughter check yourself in the mirror and offered to her a lollipop. When the same girl went to till before I paid, I noticed that right ears earrings butterfly is much lower that left one and showed her that this is different than left ears earring. Her answer was:” it must be like this because when she’ll sleep the earring is going to hurt”. I was not happy how it looked but I'm not the professional and thought maybe I’m wrong, so I paid and we left the shop. When we returned home I checked again her ears and was right what I seen!!!! The left ears earring was straight, the right ears earring was ANGLED, and the mark place was below the piercing (I have pictures of this). I quickly run to another shop with my daughter to check for a professional opinion. In the other shop girls was shock they showed me where are mistakes, and said how it must be, what she should ask and was shocked how much I paid. My daughter started to cry as did i. Paying money for amazing experience and what I wanted for my daughter occasion was destroyed. On Monday morning my husband and daughter went back to the shop in Oxford street (even shop opening times on the web site being incorrect, having to wait 30min till shop opened) and there the another store manager on the day checked her ears and she saw the procedure was really bad. She apologised and said to my husband take it by himself earrings and refunded him the money back. Is nothing about money, is about my daughters feelings and emotions. We must now wait to ears to heal, and she now doesn’t want earrings at all!!!! This would have been our present for my daughters First Holly Communion, that she would never ever forget, successfully your incompetent staff member succeeded pierced her ears and what she felt!!!!!!! NEVER AGAIN WILL GO THERE!!!!!!! PLEASE PEOPLE MAKE SURE YOU KEEP AWAY BECAUSE THEY HAVE NO QUALIFIED MEMBERS OF STAFF!!!!!! I CAN’T BELIEVE WHAT THEY HAVE DONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
