    I'm sorry I have to leave a bad review, but I tried to return an item that was not fit for purpose. I had very much looked forward to using this for my baby. I was aware that I would usually have to pay return postage say if I changed my mind but in this case I explained in detail what was wrong with the item and why it was not usuable and I got the short response 'We regret to inform you that we do not provide return labels. If the items are unsuitable, you may return them and receive a refund for the item. However, please note that we do not refund postage costs for unwanted returns.' I had already paid a large delivery fee and return postage in additon would have exceeded the cost of the item bought. I was left with a non-functioning item and the feeling that customer care did not really care to make an exception in this case which has lead me to not wanting to order with the company again. Thank you.

    Brilliant company and exceptional customer service! I ordered the Babylo Panorama XTi car seat base. The only thing with the base is that it only fits that particular seat. Johnston Prams emailed me before dispatch to confirm I had ordered the correct one and explained that only that seat will fit in that base. Once I had confirmed we have the correct seat, the base was here within a matter of days! Excellent, thank you so much! Will be recommending you in the future!

    We purchased the Jane Trider 10 Piece Matrix Travel System for almost £1000, hoping to use it for all of our children. Unfortunately, the mechanical connection to the ISOFix broke, we sent it back for them to fix (during the guarantee period), but they said either we flew with it or used it incorrectly, which didn't happen. Now they request that we pay another £150 for them to change it. I would never buy anything from the make again, bad mechanical parts and no customer service to support it.

    Do not purchase. I am having on going customer service issues with the bassinet purchased. ITS NOT LEVEL, and it slants to one side. I have taken it back to the manufacturer to be assessed despite being told that it is my fault because the leg wasn't clipped in place. Impossible. After taking it home after the 'complete' assessment the same issue occurred- it still slants. He is constantly blaming me that i have put it on uneven surfaces or that my baby is rolling without me knowing- bullcrap- my baby can barely lift her head. Now reading the comments about the mattress below has got me increasingly nervous about the entire furniture set i have bought. If my issue isnt resolved, I will be taking this further to consumer affairs. I should also mention that your sales rep, is the assessor, is the warehouse manager etc etc. I wouldnt believe the 5 star ratings below, definitely friends of the business owner. BEWARE !!

Even though I didn't purchase the stroller from Johnston, the customer service was extremely responsive and helpful to advise what kit could help us prepare for the arrival of our first child.
