   Wonderful service.we went for my daughter’s ear piercing and lady in shop did wonderful job. My daughter didn’t cry n she didn’t have any pain. It cost us £53 which has free ear piercing, cleanser bottle, n 9 ct gold earring

   I received five piercings here in the past year. These took place in the Bromley and Croydon stores. Staff members are extremely knowledgeable about the piercing process and the after care steps that need to take place to insure that the piercing heals correctly. I would definitely recommend these stores to anyone who would like an ear or nose piercing.

   Poor service, booked my appointment online for an ear piecing, arrived on time they couldn't find the basics items, no sense of reassurance they knew exactly what they were doing. Had to wait for supervision to return. Eventually changed my mind.

   I forgot to write a review to be honest, however, I just remembered. Sana is such a kind and respectful human. Was so helpful in assisting me around the store and helping me get what I need for my daughter. We need more people like her :)

   Croydon is already a ghost town so instead of treating EVERY customers with kindness Claire’s shop assistant decided to be rather rude instead. A couple of days ago was searching for keychains and ask if they had them she hesitated to answer me then proceeded to serve someone else who had arrived and made an enquiry after me…. Leaving me no options but to search through the rather large selection of items on display…. When she realised I was still there she decided to answer and I was so annoyed by that I pointed out how rude she was to have had interrupt her service for another customer. Well probably my last time in this shop! In today’s competitive market EVERY Customer is important.

   I brought my little girl today to get her ears pierced as an early present for her birthday and could not of been happier. Firstly we were super early which was not an issue and they slotted us in. Secondly they were all amazing with her and really considerate of the additional support she needed. The main girl doing it (really sorry can't remember her name, Tia? Mia?) knew exactly how to deal with my daughters additional needs and gave her all the time in the world. I honestly could not fault them. Thank you so much!

   We visited the shop yesterday. They have lovely,kind and helpful staff members. Is inside in the Witghift Shopping Centre. Now they have offer for hair accesories, jevelries. You buy 3 and you will get 3 for free. Also they do ear piercing for children too.
