   This girl with short dark hair served my mum and myself today. When we requested for a bag, she rolled her eyes at us, which was quite impolite. Her aggressive mannerisms and angry expression were evident as she scanned our belongings. We kept apologising to her even tho we didn’t do or say anything for her to act in that matter. Overall her customer service was very hostile and made us uncomfortable.

   I visited Poundland and bought some bags of compost but being an older person could not carry the bags to my car. Jamie, the sales assistant, carried the bags to my car, well done Jamie ! well done Poundland !

   Called about 20 times trying to get someone to pick up and now 4 days later still waiting for a manager call back to explain why my daughter who is 10yrs old was taunted by a member of staff at check out? This was so bad her friend started recording the conversation. Let's just say- they better have a very good explanation for why she spoke to her like dog dirt on her shoe!? All customers young and old need to be treated with respect, their money is of the same value poundland.

   I buy in this store as it has a great variety in shampoos and toiletries. You can get occasional bargains like today 180 Punjana teabags for £3 which is usually £5. The list could go on and on. Also a lot of Christmas stock atm. Just love it....

   It's a OK but for the of the there a woman whoat the till the self service she makes you feel you better hurry up and and there's a man who looks trow you it a nice place but no one smile y are they not happy there. They there still lucky they have a job.
