Got stopped at till and bags looked in by someone who is from god nos were for nothing not happy one but used this store for years will not be going back
I’ve been shopping at Poundland since I came, and I’m always impressed by the incredible value and surprising quality they offer. From household essentials and snacks to seasonal décor and beauty products, I can almost always find exactly what I need
When you need to buy a toy to a toddler who couldn't understand the quality of stuff this is the perfect place. Also food section was quite good and they are open until late evening
Always a bargain to be found. Brilliant staff. Great stock knowledge.
It's a good store and staff are nice. Only complaint is that the prices of stuff can be mislabeled. Something was in the sale section and after checking it was the right product and that it said on the label on the shelf it was, if I remember correctly, £1.50 it came up on the till for like £3.50 which was disappointing. They said they can't change the price so I wish that the labeled price on the shelves wasn't different when I had to go pay. Otherwise a pretty decent Poundland.
Lots of bargains to be had here and they also sell clothes now, all reasonably priced. Pity they have a lot of check out machines and less staff at tills though. There's nothing better than interaction between staff and customers and nothing worse than a machine telling us that an error has occurred and needs a staff member to remedy it
My daughter left her wallet nearby cashier machine, on the next day she collected it easilly. What a great staffs there, to kept the left things, to serve the customer, and I only can appreciate it so much. Thank you Poundland Ann Street.
Sells a variety of products including a range of household items. It is like a budget version of the tesco metro. They have the self service tills as well as the usual manned tills. Staff are friendly and helpful. You can do your weekly food shop there minus the meat. They also sell children's toys and craft materials, DIY and tools and decorating essentials. As well as items for pets. They have a very broad range of product and all a pound each which makes it easy to keep track of how much your spending.
