   Chloe D served me and my mum this evening and took about 15 minutes helping us choose a perfume each- asking us which scents we usually wear and offing us loads of new scents we had never heard of! She was extremely helpful and nothing was too much for her! Thank you Chloe ❤️

   Threading service not available anymore except Wed to Fri. Didn’t tell any customers. Told me to go to Boucher or Castlecourt. I go to Boucher and get told they’re not in until Wed-Sat. Really poor service. They don’t know who does what when. How about letting customers know via email when you change things? How about alternating locations and places?

   Goods always lying on the floor to be put on shelves then you get staff sitting on floor fiddling with the goods making it awkward to get round store easily.

   Forestside shop. Took back a faulty tub of wax. They refused to give a refund or exchange as they can't be held responsible for stuff left their shop! I doubt they check every items to make sure they're not damaged. So superdrug expect customers to check their items for damage before leaving the shop. I'm sure they wouldn't be too pleased if every item and packaging are opened in the shop. Not happy!!

   Very disappointed with the customer service. Was unable to replace a nail varnish that was totally crushed at top when opened. Unfortunately, I did not keep my receipt as I never thought there would be an issue with a nail varnish. Very blunt service and will not be back in the near future. Pity as products and choice are normally great.
