My mother died suddenly and finding I'd two days to book a flight, pack etc, I found myself suddenly realising I didn't know where to order flowers from, I found Lamonts and I can see why they get 5 star ratings, they give a five star service, I phoned them as I was in England and got a whatsapp call so I could look at flowers in the shop, I picked a pink spray, and what a fantastic spray was created for me, white roses, pink carnations lovely white flowers, beautiful follage. lots of people commented how beautiful it was on the day. I was told flowers would be dropped to funeral parlour Ronnie Thompson later on that same day. This is a business that genuinely cares, it shows in their dealings with bereaved, shocked people like myself. I'm eternally grateful, thank you so very much.

I urgently needed a floral delivery today. After ringing around several flower shops in Lisburn at 15.00hrs I was told that this could not be accommodated. When I rang David (who was alreafu dealing with another customer ) he said "Once I finish with the other customer I will ring you straight back to complete your order and deliver it for you".
