   Ordered flowers for a friend's bday last Monday morning to be delivered that afternoon. Lady took the order & advised address was only up the street. The day came & went and there was no acknowledgement from my friend which I thought was odd. The next day I thought I would check with the florist to see if there had been any problems, I tried calling a few times Tuesday morning, there was no answer. I seen they had a fb page so I tried messenger & got a reply apologising for not answering the telephone and that they would check on order right away. Several hours past with no response, I tried calling once again and again recieved no answer. I sent yet another messenger and got a reply advising lady was dropping her son to airport and would ring me in a few mins, and she did. I was very patient on the call despite the lady asking me what the issue was like I hadn't been trying to confirm delivery all day! She said she would check with delivery person and come back. An hour later still no response. I had to ask my friend directly if she had received them to which she confirmed no. I then had to send another messenger asking for a response and explaining they had not been received. The reply was very apologetic and promised a refund and a new bunch to be sent claiming that flowers had been delivered. I said no refund necessary if delivery could be done that day. Again no flowers arrived. The next day I messaged to ask for a refund as the service & communication had been extremely poor. No response. Later that day I received a message from my friend that a bouquet had been left on doorstep no attempt to ring bell. No refund was given despite the incredibly poor service. No explanation, no anything. I couldn't recommend- what was a nice thought turned into nothing but hassle.

   I came across Floral Unique on google search when I was looking for a nearby florist. I arrived outside Melanie's workshop unannounced & she was so helpful & was able to help me with what I needed. I would defo recommend Floral Unique & I intend to use them again. BTW Melanie, my tenant was delighted with her bouquet. Thank you Deborah xx

   Where do I even begin. My flowers were beyond my expectations. I was blown away with how amazing the flowers were. Button holes, bridal flowers, grooms party flowers, church flowers and table displays. All delivered and beautifully displayed. I got so many compliments on how amazing the flowers were. Wouldn't go anywhere else for flowers now. The bouquets for our mother's were absolutely stunning and lovingly recieved from both. Highly recommend.

   I ordered a Formal Corsage for my Son's date and oh my goodness, it was absolutely stunning. We couldn't get over the high quality of flowers, the care taken in putting it together and just how visually beautiful it was. Communication with Floral Unique is great, I did everything over Facebook Messenger, arranged a time to collect it and honestly it was just so much better than I could have expected. Apparently the flowers lasted all night without wilting and that was after 3 hours dancing in a warm ballroom!! Everyone commented on how pretty the Corsage was too. I'd definitely use Floral Unique again!

   Very disappointing, the flowers were delivered to the incorrect address, despite full address and post code given at the time of ordering. When I contacted Floral Unique and the mistake rectified they were delivered to the right address where I was told 'there is a light on but only rapped door lightly and left them on the porch' as a consequence the flowers remained outside all night, which is unacceptable. Melanie was quick to respond to the problem via the online contact and has offered a free bunch of flowers for the next delivery but it rather missed the occasion.
