   I got a tattoo here exactly fourteen years ago today on a college trip to Ireland. I had wanted a tattoo but I didn't have the foresight to set up an appointment in advance. My mother and I thus searched frantically on Mother's Day 2009 (which was our last day in Ireland) to find an open tattoo parlor. The tattoo artist managed to squeeze me in as a walk-in. I remember them being very friendly and professional. The parlor at the time had a computer for internet, although obviously that's likely not true any longer. I chose my design from the tattoo artist's flash binder as I could only afford a standard design. Also, I didn't want to take up too much of the tattoo artist's time. My tattoo experience was as pleasant as getting stabbed hundreds of times ever is. I got a three-leaf clover with the year on my upper left chest above my heart. Even today the colors are fairly vibrant and the date is clear. The tattoo artist was also very courteous and worked with my level of modesty. They chatted with my mother and me as we waited for my appointment and then as they worked. Considering that we were clueless Americans, the tattoo artist was really very kind to ask us about or trip and such. I'm still so very pleased with my tattoo over a decade later. I'm very sorry that I never left a review earlier. I hope that Dark Angel Tattoo is still offering the same level of service that they were in 2009. Considering their reviews, they apparently are. Please ignore the quality of the photograph as it was taken on a cheap digital phone in 2010.

   I've been to many tattoo parlours over the years but this place is definitely my favourite! I'll never go anywhere else again. So helpful, friendly and doesn't charge an fortune, very reasonable. I'm delighted with my tattoo and will definitely be back!! Thank you!

   I'd been discussing getting my first tattoo with my partner to help commemorate our recent trip to Ireland and Northern Ireland. I didn't think I'd have a chance to get it done during the trip itself until I saw the shop in Belfast during a short amount of free time I had. I met Bruce who is a really friendly guy. He very patiently described the tattoo application and healing process to me and we had a pleasant conversation during the process. He was very kind in pointing out associations with TV shows of related designs and how the design I picked is popular with tourists. I feel like a got pretty lucky walking into his shop. Sharp line work and no blow-out. I hope to return to Belfast someday. Arranging an original piece with Bruce is on my to-do list.

   Went to Dark angel tattoo just off the street one day ..... here I met Bruce.... he was very nice man ... very talkive made you feel comfortable & at ease .... you had to wait a while before getting the tattoo.... buy once started he was very precise in his work which was fab .... I love my new tattoo's thanks Bruce.... I will be back again if I ever decide to get another tattoo did .....

   Awesome custom work, clean sharp tattoo, im still buzzin from my tattoo and that was months ago. Bruce was patient and courteous at all times, even when i asked to reposition the stencil twice. Professional tattooist, and nice guy. Highly recommend
