   I went today to get my bellybutton today and I was amazing. It was done by Elaine who was the most overly person ever. She was so funny and helped me feel more relaxed. She did it so well there was barely any pain and gave me great advice on how to deal with it. All the staff were so polite and helpful:))

   My daughter and I had an appointment with Elaine / Lady B. I was getting my 2nds redone & my daughter was having her nose pierced. Elaine was absolutely fantastic. She put us both at ease and was so professional and caring. My daughter felt a bit nervous and Elaine was so calming and did not rush us at all. The place was absolutely spotless and so inviting. I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else!

   My friend and I visited Lady B Piercing without an appointment, and Erin kindly managed to fit us in. She took the time to discuss all of the piercings we were considering and guided us towards the best options for each of us. Erin was exceptionally professional, approachable, and friendly throughout, making us feel completely at ease. She clearly explained each step of the process and ensured we were comfortable the entire time. The piercing room was immaculate, and Erin demonstrated that all equipment was taken from sterile packaging, which was very reassuring. We both had an excellent experience and would highly recommend Erin and Lady B Piercing.

   Absolutely wonderful experience getting pierced by this lady. Lovely atmosphere. We were chatting away about everything. Piercing was done quickly and painlessly and most importantly the utmost attention to hygiene. The service and quality and the prices are unbeatable especially when compared with other " studios ". Will definitely be back. 10/10 recommend.
