   I ordered the newly introduced Gun Powder Chicken Wings priced at £6.99 as a side dish, and the experience was extremely disappointing. First of all, the portion size is nowhere near what is advertised. The pictures on their app and menu show full, standard-sized chicken wings — but what I received looked like someone took three very tiny wings, chopped them into several small bits, and called it a portion. It honestly felt like I was served leftover scraps just to fill the box. For £6.99, I expected at least a standard size 7 wings, but instead I got tiny, bony pieces with barely any meat. If I wanted to pay that price, I would have rather ordered something else with real value. Secondly, the food was not fresh or hot — just barely warm when delivered, which completely ruined the experience. And for a newly introduced dish, the flavor was nothing special either. Definitely not worth the price or hype. Overall, this feels like false advertising and a complete mismatch from what they show customers. Very poor quality, very poor quantity — and I absolutely do not recommend ordering this item.

   No complaints here, food is always consistently delivered on time, hot and with a pleasant delivery service. They also know I hate the garlic dip and are great enough to swap it every time and send the bbq one instead. I for one, am glad we’ve got a Domino’s in Leek, they’re far nicer and far less greasy than from other places. 5*

   Sadly, I had a poor experience here recently. Very slow service and when the food was finally given to me after leaving it under a heat lamp for 15 minutes it was barely warm. The manager did agree to remake the book, but his eye rolling, throwing my old pizza on the floor, and his constant discussion with my name added into the conversation to his colleagues wasn't professional. I wish I could understand what he was saying! Anyway, I'll use stop using Domino's now and use the local pizza stores. Feedback was sent to the Domino's customer services.

   ZERO stars! Only ordered from them twice. Messed up the first order so they gave me a code for a free pizza. Ordered that tonight and they've only gone and buggered that up too! Absolutely useless! My advice - go elsewhere and pay less for better service.

   To whoever the young lad was working the 22nd July night, I hope dominoes have recognised your hard work. Went to pick up our order and turns out they'd had several staff leave short notice and only this one man had stayed. He got us our food on time as well as manning the phone and preparing orders all by himself on a very busy Friday night. 10/10 service
