Weird texture donner meat , not much popcorn chicken with the chips and the chips were a bit pale , has it got new owners? Cause never used be like this , I don't think I will order from here again
Expected more When I went to the place the staff looked depressed and I didn't know why but maybe they were busy, the staff were very friendly, So I've ordered a munch box 1 and the portion size was decent but was not very surprised, the chips were very bland and soggy was hoping that it would have crispy texture, the doner meat was quite bland and dry by itself but it is little better when adding sauces like garlic mayo, mayo, and chili sauce. I chose the daddy's burger (consists of beef patty cheese and chicken filet) as my choice but was not nice as the chicken fillet from the burger ruined my taste buds because it was oily, greasy and bland, the texture from the chicken from the burger looked little less appealing, the beef patty from the burger needed little more seasoning but it was ok. I couldn't taste the cheese from the burger so I was a little disappointed. The 1 piece of chicken was very disappointing as it tasted very oily, greasy and tasted like it was made a while ago. I want the staff to view this and reflect on themselves and see how they can improve.
Pizzalicious has always been our go to kebab/pizza takeaway thatβs local. We have ordered in recent weeks and both times the food has just not hit the same. Pizza is thicker and much less cooked, resulting in being doughy, the sauce is not the same just doesnβt have the same kick. Cheesy chips, the chips arenβt crispy and the cheese is still grated when it gets to the door. I mean the taste isnβt bad at all, and maybe I expect melted crispy chips but this isnβt what you get. I cannot fault the delivery, we are quite close so we probably should walk but the food is here, usually, within 25 minutes or less. I canβt fault the price either; pizza, coke and cheesy chips for around Β£19.
The food is always freshly made for you, (and always hot when delivered). The service is excellent if you call in person. However, its not an eat in kind of place so the atmosphere, though friendly, is not the same as you would find in a sit in restaurant, but that's not a problem.
Excellent flavour, pizza could have been cooked longer.
Had a number of issues with this place in the past. Orders being wrong. They corrected it but still meant one of us was waiting for our order while the rest of the family ate. We ordered for pick up and when we arrived they had already shut and we had prepaid. Won't be using this take away again.
One of my favourite places on earth. The staff are the best in the business and that reflects in the quality of the service.
Always enjoy the food from here. Always piping hot and the delivery is always on time even if a little bit early...
Great food, fast delivery. We have from here a lot and all the staff are super friendly. They can accommodate any specific requests you have and are always very polite. Still one of my favourite takeaways, 6 years strong.
