Our first visit for a long time, and well worth the wait ! Greeted on arrival by Charlotte, who showed us to our reserved table, with its VIPP Reserved sign, this was a very personal dining experience. With the option to order directly off our phone at the table, via QR code, or order in person (from our wonderful waitress Alisha) we went old school and ordered from Alisha. With many pizza, pasta and side offerings, each supported by a multi-buy offer, our needs were met with options to spare ! A salad bar option with every main course meant we could start with salad and bottomless soft drinks whilst the pizzas were hand made in the visible kitchen area. Only minutes later, our personalised pizzas arrived, piping hot and very well presented. The staff were very attentive, answering all our questions and checking our meals were ok. Jacob helped clear our table, and provide boxes for the pizza and fries we couldn’t manage, so no food went to waste ! What a wonderful meal, served by great, enthusiastic staff, in a clean and contemporary environment. All other diners seemed happy and content, which is a sign of great customer service. We will return soon and try the new Christmas menu offers ! Thank you !

My wife and I had a fantastic experience here. My wife has celiac disease which makes going out quite difficult and stressful. Here however, they have a comprehensive allergy guide and the staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They were able to get her salad from the kitchen rather than the salad bar to help reduce the risk of contamination from gluten. The allergy guide also had a column for cereals containing more the 20ppm of gluten. Everything was prepared with care to prevent contamination and my wife had no reaction. Food tasted great as well! Overall we were very impressed and will add this to our list of celiac/coeliac safe restaurants we can go to!

The pizza is tasty but not the best. The mozzarella stix are cool, I suggest you try them. Cool idea with salads, very in many positions you get it for free. Unlemited water, though the choice is not very big. The interior of the institution is quite ordinary, but everything is clean. Service is good, always everyone comes up to ask if everything is good, but at the end when we finished eating, we were hinted that we should go, although there were a lot of free seats. like it enough when you can order everything through the phone by code. Convenient.

Whilst it's never going to be the most exciting or exotic of locations, pizza hut, festival park gave us a good family meal which we enjoyed. Service was adequate and pricing was OK. Not going to be in a rush to return but wouldn't be adverse to doing so either.

Called in and ordered 2 pizza’s to take out and was told to sit round the corner after 25 minutes I went to ask how long they would be and they were sitting on the counter. No one had called me and were cold when I went to eat them. I was served by a female wearing a uniform stating manager so no excuses for someone in her position. Very poor

Fantastic experience at this Pizza Hut. Very attentive staff, clean table, fully stocked salad bar which was tidy and clean, great ambiance and lighting. The food came out so quick and just as expected. One item was not at the correct temperature but this was quickly rectified and apologies offered to us by waiting staff and the manager. The manager advised that she’d spoken with kitchen staff to prevent error reoccurring for anyone else - such excellent response and outcome - thank you!!

Used to be a good place having enjoyable experience in the past. Recent visit was very disappointing. Poor service, cold pizza and sides, even the restaurant was not heated. Possibly saving on energy costs. Pizza costs are always higher than dominoes.

We were the only people in the restaurant. Despite this, the pizza took about 30 minutes to arrive. When the margarita pizza came it was too greasy and not even warm. The vegetarian pizza was even worse. The veggies were crunchy and not even cooked. The salad bar was very bad. Dressing spilt everywhere and the food looked inedible. Very disappointing and definitely not going back.

Haven't had pizza hut in years, we just moved to one near us and decided we'd try it. We got a normal pizza and just added stuffed crust. The pizza was SO thin. I mean it's the thinnest pizza I've ever had in my life. We did not order a thin crust, and if this is a normal pizza I can't imagine what an actual thin crust is Flavor was great, but pizza was way too thin for a normal stuffed crust pizza
