We’ve ordered from DomiPizza several times in the past and usually enjoyed the pizza. However, we’ve had two bad experiences now, and today was the worst. The first time, one of our pizzas arrived burnt. Mistakes happen, so we didn’t make a big issue out of it. But today, we were waiting for our order, and when it arrived, the bottom of the pizza was completely burnt—black all over. We called to explain and simply asked for a replacement pizza because we were hungry and wanted to eat, not for a refund. Unfortunately, the lady who answered the phone was extremely rude. She accused us of doing this “every time,” which is completely untrue—it has only happened once before. We are regular customers and have bought from here many times, so being spoken to like that was very disappointing. She got angry and said she would bring our money back, even though we never asked for that, only for a fresh pizza. Right now, we’re still waiting and have no idea if they’ll bring a replacement or just the money. The customer service today was unacceptable, and the attitude on the phone has really put us off ordering from here again.
Don’t know what happened to my previous review but this place is so lovely had to make sure my review is noted. Flavourful pizza crust Italian style pizzas—best in Stoke that I’ve tried and I’m picky on pizza. Delicious wings, nice and crunchy, great shawarma and don’t get me started on the papanași. Everyone’s so friendly too, great customer service, top notch!
After trying just about everything on the menu I can confidently say that Ddomy Pizza is one of the best places to eat. The pizza is without doubt one of the most authentic Italian pizzas around. The schnitzel and shawarma is outstanding and even the burgers and sides extremely high quality and really tasty. These people clearly take pride in what they do as everything we have had has been absolutely beautiful. Thank you Ddomy Pizza.
The pizza place we deserve! Stokes long awaited somewhere like this . Just wow… Best pizza I’ve had in a while! Crust is great, pizza is thin and crunchy , toppings and the meat quality is top notch . I would seriously highly recommend Ddomy pizza to anyone .

This may be among the best pizzas in Stoke, chef is very experienced and will cook your pizza to preference. Also uses actual pizza oven. Chicken wings are very tasty as well as the chips. This is a genuine 5 stars.
Ordered online five minutes before closing time and they still accepted and delivered my order. Pizza was definitely better than other places and kebab was also really good.
Best pizza in town ant the prices are unbeatable. Staff really friendly. The location is squeaky clean. Cannot recommend enough. You have to give it a try.
Had a big party over the weekend, ordered from this place and the food was fantastic. Ordered on the phone then pick it up. The hot was piping hot and everyone said how good it was. We all enjoyed and agreed was the best pizza in town and will recommend to anyone.
