It's the only place on earth where a teenager is 12 and older, hence a 12 year old child costs Β£16 instead of Β£12. Added pain when 2 of the 12 year old didn't like the food. Was regretting not bring a picnic.

There were no drinks available on our visit but we were assured alternatives would be supplied. What we didnβt realise was the alternatives would be warm fruit juice, and warm water. When complaining to guest services, they promised a manager would be in touch. Nothing. When escalating to Alton towers customer service through email, again, I was promised a callback but it never happened. Eventually Bryanne emailed and advised they were closing the case and no action would be taken. No callback, no conversation. Nothing. Luckily the bank issued a chargeback. In future weβll take our own food in. Terrible service.

Borderline criminal to serve this quality of food for the price they charge. This is a multi million pound theme park and they serve worse food than a cheap kebab shop youβd stumble in to at 2 in the morning. I would say the pizza was like eating cardboard but honestly, Iβd rather put some pepperoni on an Amazon box and eat that. The pasta was bland and was probably cooked in a batch last week. The staff looked embarrassed to be even charging the price they did. Disgrace that these themes parks charge so much money and provide food that would make prison food look appealing.

I live locally and decided to treat my 2 kids to a day out at Alton Towers. I really wish I had packed a picnic! Years ago before I had children, I was a Merlin annual pass holder. The food and drink here was good value. Today it cost Β£48 for x1 adult and x2 children's meals! Absolute extortionate price for the same quality food it was years ago.

Very overpriced for what it is, a small selection of undercooked pizza's, only 2 options of over cooked pasta which had barely any sauce. The salad bar was arguably the best part which was basic at best. We were not expecting a gourmet selection, but the quality of food was very poor, plates/ cutlery were wet and not entirely clean for guest to use. The staff were able to serve us relatively quickly and were friendly but dirty plates remained on our table the whole time we were there. Overall the standards across the restaurant were really low and unacceptable for the amount you charge people to eat here.

Always a good value for money place. Food is perfectly serviceable and is pretty much as you might expect. Reasonably clean and well staffed. Toilets could be cleaner but it's a busy place. Avoid going around lunch time as it's mega busy then. Not a lot of vegetarian choice though. Vegan and gluten free are by request only

Great Pizza and Pasta at a reasonable price for Adults, however the discounted Children price is only for 12 and under which seems a little bit low in my opinion. Great range of items and salad bar - as well as a free refillable drink included. Seated near the toilets which were smelly but didnβt ruin the experience

If you've been to the Legoland Pizza place this is exactly the same. The price for the buffet is good (use you merlin pass for a discount). They do a gluten free (gf) pizza base and a selection of made to order toppings. I have to say that unlike a lot of high street pizza chains these gf bases are actually GOOD. They take about 10-15mins, order from the till. I ordered 2 and ate both! For everyone else these is a good selection of pizzas brought out at a good rate + pasta and salads. There is also unlimited coke branded drinks.

Queues to enter at peak times. Table service. Order online. Menu is basic but itβs all you need for a quick lunch between rides. Drinks expensive Β£1.70 for a carton drink but the food smells amazing. Actually it was very bland like eating childβs food also the pasta was stone cold around the side of the plate. It was edible though. A little overpriced at Β£11
