Awful. Pizza arrived cold. No sauce on the garlic pizza bread, which was also cold. Chicken kickers were cold. The delivery driver sat outside for a good 5 minutes, drove off, then reappeared after driving around the block.
Ordered online watched the tracker come on the estate, then when I saw it say it had been delivered I call the shop. They said the wrong house number then said it was on its way. A few minutes later got a call saying he was looking for the house (delivery driver) then after 15 minutes I called the shop again and when they said 10 more minutes as there busy I cancelled the order 1hr 30 minutes after I’d ordered the food. Never ordering from here again very very poor customer experience.
Wouldn't bother. Orderd £100 of pizza etc it came and was covered in hair. Phoned the shop to have the phone hung up twice and a crappy attitude from both the "manager" and the delivery person.
Had an issue with toppings missed off and the management were great about it. They sorted it with no problem and they always deliver with a smile as well. Excellent service!
Ordered from here for collection! Everything spot on, food was good and hot. My only gripe with ordering pizza is I feel lime you need a degree to order it without wasting cash! I had to process the order 3 / 4 times to mess with options to get the same food, peices ranged from £57 to £46 so worth the hassle but shouldn't be this hard! Not to take away from this store though, as that's more a group / pizza issue that needs fixing.
Another poor experience from Dominoes on Sandon Road, Stoke on Trent. Two large pizzas ordered and they both arrived freezing cold and over cooked. This has happened before and when I contacted the store, the girl suggested I put the oven on and heat them up….. REALLY. These are hardly the cheapest of pizzas and I won’t be ordering again. I thought I would give them another chance but that is it for me. Maybe Dominies should look at the reviews and start addressing the problem.
No wedges arrived they sent garlic bread instead (without calling to say they were out of stock) the pizza was the wrong type ordered and when I called they said wedges were ‘unavailable’ but some could be sent to me with a newly made pizza. Unsure as to why they were available all of a sudden.. refused refund and sent new order out 35 mins later. By then nobody wanted to eat really.. Won’t be using again. I’ll stick to Meir hay store with collection as they know what they are doing there.
Poor! Sent wrong order. Advertising things not in stock and sending rubbish instead. There is clearly a cheese shortage as they don't put it in their Pizza!
Delivered the food to a stranger in the street. I called up and they eventually agreed to send it out again with some free cookies. When it did arrive it was burnt and squashed
Literally i had a worst experience form domino in my life. The pizzas were freezing cold and as you can see the picture how its look like. If we talk about overall the pizzas base were hard. We were not happy at all. I don’t think so we will order the pizzas form them. Thanks for the worst experience form domino. Absolutely one even not for anything. Not good service at all.
