   I'm going to start with the best bits first, those two pizzas were spot on perfect everyone loved them and the spice was just on point, now the worst, the chips and cheese, they were truly disappointing, yes you remembered the salt and vinegar, but considering I paid nearly £1.70 for extra cheese, well there was cheese on there that I would expect from a standard chips and cheese menu item, I was hoping for more than a sprinkle of cheese

   We’ve been using this takeaway for several years but the quality dropped a while ago. Final straw was waiting 2hrs 15mins for our order last weekend. Called the shop to find out where our order was - they weren’t overly bothered we were waiting. I understand they were busy but we wouldn’t have ordered if we had known we’d be waiting so long. Food was stone cold when it arrived. Wont be ordering from here again.

   Ordered food and it took 1 hour and 46 mins to arrive not impressed as they said it would take 30mins! Pizza cold and chips taste like they've been sat forever. Coke was best bit

   Absolutely rubbish. Portion sizes are very small, also the donner meat is the worst I've ever tasted - full of small hard pieces of gristle and other things which nearly break your teeth. Certainly won't be using again. Ended up throwing half of the already small portion away.

   Ordered my small chicken kebab in the shop, short wait sat in the warm. Lovely meal and recommend getting the nan bread as a base as it was lush. 10/10 from me, tasty and plenty food too!

   I enjoyed the pizzas here until my most recent one. I ordered from Congleton Eats and was told by the app that it had arrived on the notification. I checked outside and there was nothing; yet when I phoned up I had been told that they had arrived and rang me and that it was on its way; they hung up before I could give any more details. (instead of knocking like usual? I don't usually answer to a phone number I'm not familiar with as I've ordered from the app countless time and have never been expected to phone/be phoned to receive the food I ordered unless there is an issue!) Nice pizzas but I wouldn't recommend ordering from here if you want consistency. tldr: A pretty rude and dismissive staff member delivered my pizza awkwardly and made it feel like it was my fault when it wasn't. I won't be ordering again.

   Had a few deliveries from Piccinos, and so far everything has been of a High Standard, Great food, Generous quantities and Fresh, Quick delivery and very polite staff. I would definitely recommend them going off the experience I've had.

   Pizza was dark, tasted rubbery and burnt and was cut by some whos never cut a pizza before. Really bad. Pizza was the only thing worth ordering from here as they were usually fairly good. Not any more i guess.
