   We went to order lunch for the team, the guy on the counter was not helpful at all only asking which topping no help or so ever. When we saw the same guy handling cash went on make the dough for the pizza without washing his hand or wearing gloves we decided not to order. And also told the guy this is unhygienic! But not reaction only look at us and shake his shoulder.

   They do ok food but the delivery side is shocking driver said was at my door I stood there nearly 15 minutes as I'm in flats I'm very easy to find lost a customer coz of it

   Main reason to pick Dominos over another franchise is the ability to get Half and Half, that's now been removed therefore no reason to continue buying pizza from you.

   Ordered 10 pizzas a for a party in the morning - for a collection @14:45 arrived there - app stated they were in progress / tv said 8 mins- however they were not being made - said they were busy and had two big orders in!!! I waited over 30 mins for the pizzas really disappointed as in needed them for a party. Not sure I’ll come back!

   I ordered at 14:49 on Thursday. I followed the GPS on the app to see when it would arrive. I got a call from the store at 15:29 saying that my order wouldn’t arrive for another 15-20 minutes, and then the app told me to enjoy my order as it had arrived. My order arrived cold at 15:59 (30 minutes later). I made a complaint through the contact form just to be informed that it was delivered within 30 minutes which should be acceptable, completely ignoring the fact that it wasn’t actually delivered then. I could forgive this if it was at a peak period, but it was mid-afternoon. Will not be ordering from this store again, extremely disappointed

   Ordered 2 pizzas for collection, turned up only 1 there asked them to deliver the other one so that the pizza would still be hot said they couldn’t? Wanted me to wait 15 more minutes so the other pizza would have been sitting for another 15 minutes even thou it was their mistake. Attitude problem at restaurant would not recommend told them to keep the pizza not the first time they have messed up

   Incredibly rude staff. I always have to call as “pizza tracker” says pizza has been out for delivery for 30mins+. They have been saying for 12 months the pizza tracker is ‘broken’. I call to ask if the driver is lost, as my house is difficult to find, they change their story each time “he left 5 minutes ago” “he’s leaving now”. They tell you they “don’t have time for this” and put the phone down on you.. after taking your money and not providing any updates.

   Store is an absolute joke! Placed an order using the 50% discount for a party of 4 which totaled £22.50. After placing the order we realized there's a standard deal for £24 offering two pizzas and two sides. I called the store explaining we did not realize that deal was available and makes more sense to go for that option; therefore, I kindly asked if I could pay the additional £2 to get the two sides in addition to the pizzas. The representative on the phone said they can't do anything to change the order now as it's 'processed through the system'. I then suggested if we process a refund and I place the order through again using the Feed 4 for 24 deal, keeping the same pizzas (not to throw them away) and just provide two sides. Again, the representative said this isn't possible and didn't even offer an apology. Ridiculous how we live in a digital age and we can't even add two sides to an order via a till!

   Ordered a Pizza at collection and said last time amount off cheese on my pizza was low so this time I pointed it out and requested more cheese got home and this time plenty of cheese but virtually no tomato sauce ridiculous
