   Ordered on my lunch break bare in mind I had 90 minutes so plenty of time, they hadn’t even started making my food by an hour as I called and asked so I said I’d need it cancelled and I wouldn’t have time to eat it and clock back in in time, they were so rude on the phone and cancelled it stating id be refunded. I was charged £20 for food I didn’t even get!

   Abysmally bad service ordered 1 pizza in stafford about 2h ago on a non busy day still waiting for it. do not order anything from here if you actually expect to eat anything.

   Nasty ordered from uber eats, come very fast but that was the problem was burnt how they let this leave the kitchen is insane should be shut down for this pizza alone

   I had ordered from this place many times in the past as I really liked it. Then a few weeks ago my wife tried to place an order and it was cancelled by the restaurant. We assumed it was an admin error, or they were too busy. No biggie, we just ordered from somewhere else. Then when my order got cancelled again, I thought something odd was going on so I called the restaurant and was told the manager has decided not to service my address any more. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was told he was out on deliveries and would call me back. He didn’t. I had to order from somewhere else again, and I was absolutely starving. I have absolutely no idea why we appear to have been suddenly been blacklisted. We have been regular customers for a while; we always pay; we have never been rude or abusive. I’ve even left them positive reviews on Just Eat. Honestly all I want to know is why! They’ve obviously lost our custom either way. But as no one has had the courtesy to call me, I have been left with no choice but to leave a bad review for the terrible service.

   Their behaviour is so rule. I called them to know if they have anything dairy free as I am dairy intolerant. They picked up the call and said they don’t want to say anything over the phone. They even do not provoke any information

   We had a menu delivered last week we gave it a try .they over charged us and food ok .so this week we did it again a little bit more but got same price again how does that work.he rang and said it was old menu but we only had it posted last week really!!!! We will not be ordering again.
