Shocking place. When a just eat driver delivered an in roe t order from a different place. I rang the restaurant. Their solution is to call just eat. CALL JUST EAT. next to impossible. How about you re send my order and agree to mutually raise a complaint with just eat to resolve the cost. I’ve now got someone else’s food from a different restaurant and have to wait a few days for just eat to resolve. Don’t even bother ordering from here. They flat out refused to help.DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. going down hill for a while.
Good food and delivery except you cant even order off them 50% of the time. Every other time I've tried to order off these guys they're not taking orders online, never answer the phone.
Best pizza place in Stafford. Fantastic value for money and food always arrives to an amazing standard and piping hot. Had an issue for the first time tonight out of a huge amount of orders, which was just a case of the base sauces being the wrong way round on the Pizzas. The guys here were super friendly and sorted the issue completely and super quickly. Customer service on point as much as the food. Cannot recommend enough in every single way.
I can't give an opinion on the food because every time I attempt to order through Uber Eats, the deliver is cancelled 10 minutes later. If you aren't accepting orders, close the store in the app, twice in a row this has happened. I just want a pizza.
We order from slices quite often, and food is always good. Tonight, we ordered our food, and waited for our taxi home. Our taxi was late, which meant we was late getting back home in time for the delivery. The lad rang me, and waited 6 minutes for us to turn up. He was super polite and very understanding. Food was also still hot, which was very good. Recommended!
We have ordered from here before and had really nice tasty food however tonight we ordered the chick bucket thing they do. Well the chicken was really sloppy and greasy the coating on the chicken wasn't crispy and didn't cover the whole of the chicken it was tastless. The chips were sloppy too :( not sure we will be going back there in a hurry.
Used to rate this as 5 stars pizza joint great pizzas and always delivered on time. the last 3 times I've ordered they have not given me what I ordered. Pizzas were okay but not great. 2 of the three times its taken a hour and a half when it's surpose to take 45 minutes. This last time I called up to ask where the food is and i just get its left the shop, I wait 30 minutes call again and he guy on the phone goes oh it's not there? So he calls the driver, and he tells me 3 minutes. 15 minutes later it arrives. The driver offers no explaination why it's late. Food was cold! Drinks were wrong!! Now terrible service.. I do not know if they have new management but this is the last time I'm ordering from them. Good luck if you do, don't expect them to get the order right I paid 14 pound for rubbish...
