   me and my boyfriend ordered a burger and a garlic bread about 2 hours before closing, after an hour we called and asked where are food is and an employee told us it was on the way. another hour later and still no food so we tried to call back and the place was closed and our food never arrived. waste of money and horrible service.

   This place used to be brilliant, but it has taken a serious downturn the last few times I've been. The food is nowhere near as good anymore.

   I havent ordered from here in a while, decided to try and it has certainly gone down hill. I ordered the cheese and bacon burger. This is at an extra charge and they provide a single piece of half cooked bacon and one square of 0.5p cheese. Chips were rock hard. Partners chicken burger was also lackluster and a Mcdonalds mayo chicken would have been bigger. Poor. Wont be returning.

   I have had food delivered from here before. Got the urge to soak up my alcohol intake with a pizza. Or maybe kebab. It was nearly 1 am and open. I actually didn't get the pizza I asked for. Well not exactly. Anyway. The pizza is so good from there. And I, in their defence was a little incoherent. Enjoyed it as much as I would have done had the toppings been correct. Made me question the toppings I thought that I wanted. Who knew? Other customers before and after I ordered. Including myself. Were treated like they were regularly purchasing from people who served them. Happy, polite, very helpful / patient. And interested in the change to my order, as opposed to just saying that all I can have is what is stated on the menu. It is pizza after all. There are many variations possible. Not many pizzerias have a different slant on this. These guy's do though. Even the pizza crust was as tasty, with enough moisture to negate the need for a dip. Their dough base is certainly on a par with the best. If not the best on a par with them.

   This place is fantastic. The food is delicious, cooked beautifully, melts in the mouth and is perfectly seasoned and spiced. The portions aren't so big you can't finish them, although the food is so good it's hard to imagine leaving any. The service is that perfect balance of attentiveness where you are never waiting to get a server's attention, but they aren't hanging around you. The staff themselves are such lovely people, it really makes the experience. Booking isn't necessary but if there are a few of you, worth while. Highly recommend.
