Do. Not order food from. Seaford pizza ordered food 8pm and now 10pm Still. Not received food so. Don't order from. Them. Also. Driver never have change for money. Rubbish service fuming
Late at night, they wasn't cooking burgers so we had pizza which was lovely. I think the owner is the only member of the team that does any work.
Takeaway. Order online. Wrong order: wrong drinks, missing 'added' topping (the meat!), that cost extra . Starters undercooked and soggy, pizza tepid, crust dough oversweet. When we called to complain about missing items - staff member had thick accent and also made out he couldn't understand. Couldn't help, couldn't refund, couldn't replace. Mixed me up with someone else and started mentioning what went wrong with their order last time, and changed attitude to "so what do you want". Then said he couldn't help or refund "because he's not here" (didn't say who or when 'he' would be). And that was a 2x 10" pizza 'special deal' for almost thirty quid. Would. Not. Touch. This. Place. I’ve used these people before regularly and their pizzas are decent but the service is atrocious. Bear in mind your details are kept and they realise a regular customer is calling, they held me for 20 minutes before telling me to order online (with limited options) and then hanging up the phone when I explained that their online options were limited to bits and pieces we did not want. I hang up and rang again, and same cycle..,ignorant, rude and inept…..good pizzas though!
One star seems too much. Absolutely recommend - if you fancy spending the following hours, and most of the next morning, stuck on the toilet. Great way to purge your body.
Incredibly rude. I ordered pizza online and wrote in the allergy notes: DAIRY INTOLERANCE, NO CHEESE OR MOZZARELLA. When I arrived he said, “I made with cheese, do you want to take it?” I said no. He grumpily said, “okay I make it without cheese you’ll have to wait 5 minutes” I’ve never felt so unwelcomed by a service. I will never order from here again. I wish I never did.
My pizza never came! Even though they said they were still taking orders. Called up the restaurant and they were very rude and unhelpful. Working on trying to get a refund. Don’t waste your money! Extremely unprofessional. They run off with your money.
When you order a pizza, but after 20 minutes of being on the phone to the delivery driver trying to explain where you are, yet nothing seems to get through to them, you just say forget it, and cancel your order. Last time i order.
