Order is missing items that should have arrived. Worker did not rectify the issue. Almost always issues with things being missing on every order from this dominos. Staff members attitude over phone was poor and did not car to actually try and make things right.

⭐ 0 Stars if I could! Every single time I order from this Domino’s, there’s always something wrong , the pizza is cold, the toppings are wrong, or it’s just poorly made. But today was absolutely the worst experience ever. The pizza wasn’t even cooked properly, completely raw in the middle. When I asked for my money back, I was told no just like that. No apology, no replacement, nothing. I was left with no pizza and no refund. The way they are “greeting” customers “what you want?” is completely disrespectful." I'm not your brother or your mate ".That’s not how you treat paying customers. On top of that, the way Sandeep was talking to his colleague, saying “what he want?” in front of me, was extremely unprofessional and rude. Sandeep claimed to be the manager, but I seriously doubt it no real manager would ever behave like that. I’ve given this Domino’s too many chances, and this was the final one. Absolutely unacceptable service worst Domino’s experience ever.

I was genuinely excited to indulge in a cheesy pizza from Domino's Patcham, having heard so much about their supposedly flavorful offerings. However, my experience fell far short of my expectations. The pizza I received had a shockingly scant amount of cheese. It was so sparse that it barely covered the sauce underneath, making each bite feel incomplete and lacking in that comforting, cheesy goodness you anticipate with a Domino's pizza. The lack of cheese not only compromised the texture but also significantly impacted the overall taste. What should have been a delightful blend of flavors turned into an uninspiring, sauce-heavy ordeal. The cheese acts as a binding element that harmonizes all the ingredients, and its absence left the pizza tasting disjointed. It felt like a meal that was built but never fully realized. Considering that cheese is one of the cornerstone ingredients of any good pizza, it was really disappointing to see a brand like Domino's fail in this crucial aspect. I expected a much higher standard, especially from a well-known chain. Unfortunately, it’s a 2-star experience for me.

Awful experience ; never got my food, the driver delivered it to the wrong address, i waited over an hour for my order which I never received. Wasn't offered a refund or replacement order until I asked what was going to be done about the situation in which I was told I'd get a refund and was then hung up on again. This is all after I waited over three hours for an order the other week. Rather appalling I think. Think I'll be using Pappa John's from now on thanks

If you order online and collect can you get pizza for less than half the delivery price. Eg two topping media pizza £6. Delivery double that plus extra £2,delivery charge. If you collect the Pizza is piping hot and scrummy. The service is efficient and ready when they say it will be.

Had quite an unprofessional phone call when I enquired about my delivery (which said it was delivered on the app but hadn't been yet) in which the person on the phone interrupted us and sarcastically said "oh that's so terrible I'm sorry" when we told them that our order hadn't arrived yet. then, one of our sides was undelivered and although they did bring them back and gave us a free drink, they had given us pepperoni twisted dough balls instead of just cheese (which my vegetarian friend ate thinking it was cheese twisted dough balls). i double checked on the app and i had definitely ordered the regular twisted cheese dough balls and not pepperoni. overall, unprofessional and not the best service.

Ordered online, when it said ready I went to collect it they said it wasn't ready. However their system had told me it was. Bloke suggests I haven't ordered there and that perhaps it's a different store. They are clearly overworked and unable to sustain the pace of orders. Their systems shouldn't put people under this kind of pressure as the failure of the operation throughout was evident. You have a tiny space brimming with stressed out staff. After 10 mins someone finally gave me the Pizza that was right there in front of them the whole time. Unfortunately this is just another example of how modern technology is often a complete let down. Pizza was OK but of course cold. Turns out the reason behind this, after looking at the label on the pizza, was I gave my second name and on the pizza this is replaced by an asterix. Perhaps the staff should be trained to ask what is your first name? Or perhaps just put the full name on the Pizza? Or is GDPR now preventing smooth operation of a Take Away?
