“A wonderful experience, I visited with a group of 5 (myself included) and the worker allowed us to push together the tables and was super helpful and accommodating! We ordered three pizzas and all three were delicious. Everything was homemade which was extremely impressive, and the atmosphere was very calm, and pleasant. 10/10 customer service, and 10/10 food!! I recommend visiting or ordering here if you’re looking for authentic Italian cuisine, and a relaxing atmosphere with wonderful customer service!”

“Wowwwwwwww what can i say that hasnt been said in the reviews before mine.This is a nice little place in Boundary area of Portslade. Billy and his staff are very warm kind hearted folk as always they come out and say helllo the reception on arrival never disappoints the food is brilliant good sized portions that will full up the greediest of whats inside us all. Lovely melted cheesey garlic bread to start so Yummy 2 portions and a Lovely choice of food and deserts just add to its flavour and balance and cooked fresh what more could you ask for. And a lovely little happy birthday to a little girl that was celebrating her birthday which all sang happy birthday to her so to sum up a lovely meal in a fantastic little fine Restautant book your tables here and experience what Billy and his staff and brilliant service will bring you good food and staff that really care with what they are putting out 10/10”

“Lovely meal at Enzo’s. We had Prawns in Garlic and parmigiana for starters then an amazing sea bass special cooked with mussels and clams x 2. Lovely wine. What an amazing meal with exceptional service. Thank you.”

“This place is just the cutie. Visited yesterday for some late lunch staff lovely, and our pizzas were super yummi. We will definitely go back nearer the summer time. Dress up warm if you go soon the waiting time isn't long and the pizza warms you up. No customer toliet so make sure you go before.”

“Hands down the BEST pizza in Lewes! Nah… actually it’s the best pizza I think I’ve ever had. No joke! The Fuoco Blue is my weakness. Super friendly staff in a sweet, simply, hidden away location behind the station. And now they do awesome coffee too! If you like a raw and rustic atmosphere, friendly, down to earth staff and pizza that is frickin heaven with every mouthful - then def come here!”

“We had a delicious vegan lunch at Wild Cherry. We shared a vegan sausage roll, roasted pepper with chickpeas and bulghur and mushroom lasagna. We also picked up a few things from the deli. We really recommend this place!”

“Love this local gem. Dropped in this evening after a long day of cooking roasts ourself. New menu item was deep fried olives with a tangy dipping sauce. I could have eaten a whole plate. Pizzas fresh and tasty and burrata the perfect accompaniment Harvey our server was friendly and welcoming just adding to a lovely experience as always. Highly recommend”

“Amazing family run Italian restaurant!! My boyfriend and I happened to stumble across this restaurant this evening and we were extremely impressed- from the service, to the atmosphere, to the food it was 5* all the way through. We were both made very comfortable upon arrival and noticed that our lovely waiter made extra effort to make note of our names and to make sure we were all okay throughout our meal, something I have not received at a bigger restaurant chain. It really did feel like we were treated like we were members of this family! As for the service, it was very quick and the presentation of the food at mamma Mia’s is PHENOMENAL! I had a beautiful sea food risotto which I will whole heartedly say was the BEST risotto I’ve ever had. From the flavourful sauce to the fresh mussels it was perfect! My boyfriend also enjoyed his chicken pizza and commented that he has never experienced a pizza like the one at mamma Mia’s. I had the panna cotta for dessert and the food just keeps on getting better, it was so creamy and the sauce tasted amazing! I highly recommend mamma mia’s if you want an authentic, cozy and welcoming Italian restaurant. We will definitely be returning and I can’t wait to try the rest of the menu!! “Oh my word - we popped in last night before the cinema for a bite to eat and wow wow wow. It was so delicious! We shared mushroom and truffle arancini balls which were so so tasty, as well as Sicilian hot dogs and cheesy chips. We also had a sweet treat each after - I hade a pistachio sfogliatelle and my hubby had a white chocolate puff and the whole lot was just absolutely delicious! We will be gong back asap! It was also lovely to sit just outside in the beautiful evening sunshine!”

“Three of us had lunch here last Thursday. This is a local Italian restaurant that is far superior to most Italian restaurants. The food was cooked in front of us with fresh ingredients. It was far nicer than most Italian restaurants and excellent value for money. The staff were very friendly and the service was very good. We will definitely return and highly recommend it.”

“Amazing experience at Yummy Pizza Polegate! I collected a 24" Margherita pizza and it was such a fun and unique treat - I had never seen a pizza this big before! The crust was fluffy and crispy and every bite was full of flavour. The cheese was perfect making the whole pizza incredibly delicious! Even the next morning it still tasted great, even cold! The staff was also very pleasant! Big thanks for this yummy pizza! :) Highly recommend!”

“We popped in for lunch and told the staff that it was our 22nd anniversary. We both had the set £10 menu. I had mushroom gyōza and Kakugiri ramen and my partner had pork gyōza and Tokyo ramen and we each had a half of Kirin beer. The food was delicious and such great value and the beer was lovely and refreshing. When we came to pay, our waitress said the beer was comped to celebrate our anniversary. What a lovely gesture. Great team, great food.”

“Came here as it was a 5-minute walk away from our hotel, what a gem of a pizza place to find! There was a deal on where buying an XL-size pizza gets you a Small pizza for free - took that deal up and it ended up being my lunch & dinner the following day. Portion & toppings were superb (Mighty Meaty pictured), tasted top-notch (the Homemade Garlic sauce is lovely), and the owner was such a gentleman - great service all around, would highly recommend!”

“Me and my partner are now aiming to become regulars after 2 visits here! The food is consistently superb and fresh. The owner, 'Chandra', is so lovely on our first visit that he sat us down and spoke us through his menu. This is an amazing place for regular diners but must go place for veggie and vegans- as Chandra is one himself. My Italian partner told me she hasn't had tofu this good before! We also love their coffee, one of the best blends in brighton (they get and roast their single blend Indonesian beans themselves!)- they even bring over fresh coconut milk! Our favourite drinks, besides the coffee, were the sex in the jungle cocktail and tropical jungle juice smoothie. We're also big fans of the green curry (with duck) and panaeng curry (with the lovely tofu) The ONLY thing that could make the experience even better is softer light. It always being bright takes away from the atmosphere, but it's only a minor thing”
