Wear 2 pairs of socks cause they will knock at least 1 pair off. The staff here were fantastic and the chefs are visible and cooking if front of the restaurant sending out an amazing vibe. The food was spectacular and the Nutella delight at the end made me believe in unicorns. The garlic bread was perfect and the different pizzas we all had, could not be faulted and we ate the whole lot with ease. The speciality dips that went with it all was amazing and the truffle dip thing made me understand the silk road and the spice wars of the 15th-18th century. They dont cut the pizza when the pizza arrives so you have to finger it and use a knife or ask them to chop it. A pizza knife would be appreciated and usually lower a place but I couldnt do that to this gem. The whole place has an authentic feel that made me understand love. They also had a downstairs with cool stuff like an indoor football thing and arcade games. Thank you and well done for a very rare 5 stars.

What can I say — it was an exceptionally memorable evening! The staff were incredibly attentive and knowledgeable, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout. The evening was filled with laughter and great food, making the whole experience thoroughly enjoyable. There was plenty to eat, including generous starters, mains, and desserts. The staff were fun, helpful, and really went out of their way to make us feel welcome. I would definitely recommend the Dough-It-Yourself experience at Pizza Pilgrims. Thank you Gyokhan and Jonathan at Brighton

Loved it so much. Me and my bf decided to come here after shopping and let me tell you i was not disappointed. Our waitress Adriana was so kind and helpful, alongside that service was fast ( faster than any restaurant i’ve been to). The pizza was DELICIOUS and downstairs there was 3 arcade machines that u can play on. The aesthetic was also so cute as you can see in the photos. The pizza box walls and warm lighting made it so cozy i didn’t want to leave. If u get the chance come here on one of your days out it’s perfect. (I reccomend their cherry drink too it’s delicious and sweet.) Thank you Jonny and all workers there :)

We were joined with a fabulous group of people sharing the same experience to make our own pizza!. Gyokhan and Jonathon were great hosts, answered all our curiosity’s. Made, baked, drank, ate with great atmosphere. Thank you all for a fantastic evening x

A great find, the staff were very friendly and accommodating, seating us upstairs where it was quieter. The decor and atmosphere was quirky and bright and it was great to work out what all the art was. The pizzas were amazing, easily one of the best I've had in the last few months (aware I keep saying that, but I mean it this time, the pizzas were something else!) as was the cherry soda! Highly recommended and next time I'm in town I'll definitely be visiting.

I have been following the pizza pilgrim brothers for 10+ years with cookery books etc so when we visited Brighton for the first time! We HAD to book here!! Pizza: 1000/10 the pizza was INCREDIBLE dough proved perfectly! Just the right amount of charring on the crust! Staff: Would be 3/5. Drinks where forgotten and had to ask for them when pizza arrived. Olives are not stated that have spice on menu ( didn’t notice at time) my wife can’t have spice so had To remove them. We weren’t told about any special guest pizzas. When my wife put the last bit of pizza in her mouth the waitress was waiting by our table rushed to get our bill and give it to us and remove the plates. We where not asked if we wanted any desserts or extra drinks, which we wanted. (We went to a near by restaurant and bought them instead) As soon as I opened the bill and looked the waitress was back with the card reader! We felt incredibly rushed and not welcome there. Which was a real shame as I say after following for over 10 years and trying to mimic recipes at home! However would 100% return for the best pizza in Brighton!!

Great service from Ollie! Attention to detail and special requests... Visited with my kids and wife for her birthday, the cocktails are tasty (especially the lemon fizz) and pizzas are perfect. Recommended!

Very high quality pizza, not much choice toppings wise but the sourdough was amazing. Mac and cheese balls were also very good. Decent service although watching someone carry a full, dripping wet bin bag past our table wasn’t the most pleasant view. Overall really enjoyed it, staff were very friendly and helpful

Fun vibe, friendly staff, colourful interior, pizza quality was very good and wasn't that expensive. The kitchen is open by the entrance and the chefs are happy to say hi and goodbye as you come and go. Would recommend when visiting Brighton and I'll be going there again sometime soon!
