Up there as one of the best pizzas I’ve ever eaten, and certainly the best I’ve had in this country. Authentic Neapolitan pizza, so thin you have to eat it with a fork and knife

Very busy which was a good sign but unfortunately we couldn’t get a table without booking. We still wanted to get it as a takeaway for our overnight stay in Brighton and we’re so glad we did, it was the best Pizza we’ve experienced. The kids also got margarita without the basil and loved it! The PROVOLA E PEPE pizza was so tasty!! When in Brighton we will definitely be back.

Amazing pizza! I talked with the kitchen for a while about their dough process. The result is the best pizza dough! The starters were equally good. The balls coated in paprika and oregano are light and tasty, use the black pepper mayo to pick any dry herbs still left in the bowl. Staff were entertaining and friendly. Excellent choice for a meal!

Really great little place nestled in Brighton, it stands out for the quality of the pizza and the attention to details with the menus. We had pizzas Ortolana 26 and Vivaci and were thoroughly impressed by the quality of the dough, the ingredients and the overall presentation. We also liked the range of classic and modern pizza topping choices. We were sat in the basement and the atmosphere was good, but if you had noisy neighbours like we did it does trap the sound in there with you. A couple of things I noted were that the restaurant gave us dipping sauce for the pizza without asking but then charged us for it. It was very good sauce and we ate it all, so no complaints here, just an observation. Also, for those who are pernickity about what they eat and like to change things around, there are certain pizzas the chef will refuse to make alterations to (different sauces and toppings etc), although there aren't many where they do that. I overheard the waiter explaining this to another diner, and was quite impressed that they did that rather than just make it. I thought it was good to see, but some might find it annoying. Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to return.

Absolutely fantastic experience at Nanninella in Brighton! The pizza was truly great – perfectly cooked with delicious toppings. What really stood out, though, was the service, which was nothing short of superb. The staff were all incredibly friendly and made us feel so welcome. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a wonderful meal with excellent hospitality!

One of the best pizzas we’ve had in the UK in 8 years (and my partner is Italian!). If you’re looking to have a proper pizza in Brighton, don’t hesitate. There was a bit of a queue outside but was 100% worth it.

What a Brighton gem! My first visit here this evening and it will now be my go to for pizza. The staff were really friendly, helpful and attentive. Then of course the pizzas… wow, very impressed. Proper ingredients, fresh tasting, crazy quick to cook, a truly traditional Neapolitan pizza.

The customer service is excellent. The food is amazing. The bread of the pizza is so tasty and the ingredients first quality. The pizzas are big enough. The restaurant itself is very pretty. So highly recommended place in Preston Street

We stumbled upon Nanninella just trying to find somewhere for dinner on a Friday evening and I’m so glad we did! The staff are so friendly and attentive, and were able to get us a table outside. The pizza here is so so good!! We’re moving to Brighton in July and have already said this will be our go to pizza. With so many options around it’s great to have already found the top hehe! Can’t wait to go back and try out more of the menu including the desserts, which we were too full for this time. We also had two large glasses of red wine with our pizza and the pour was so nice and generous, and the wine itself was delicious. If you’re looking for pizza in Brighton do yourself a favour and just eat here. You won’t regret it!
