   Trying to get a delivery from this place is horrendous. They will lie and lie and lie down the phone to you. I was told “not to worry” about the online tracker… what do you mean dont worry? It’s my way of knowing where the food is. Then I was told twice on the phone that the driver was there when he wasn’t. The people who run this place are disrespectful charlatans. Go literally anywhere else.

   In the right place at the right time just what we needed after Brighton pride walking back into town. Considering it was manic at the time the staff handled everything very well got the food out really quickly and it was right on point. After standing up and walking around for 2 days the bus shelter opposite made a handy seating area to eat quickly before heading off and grabbing a pint. With Domino's what you see is what you get but the staff here were perfect especially under pressure.

   DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE VEGAN! I'm allergic to dairy so I ordered the vegan pepperoni, it's common sense to put vegan cheese on, and when I complained the rude staff blamed it on me when I had elaborated about 5 times to make the pizza vegan! and didn't even consider giving money back or making a new one or consider the fact I could have had an allergic reaction if I didn't spit the food out! dominoes, you do not care about your customers and it is not safe to come here if you have a food allergy, they won't take you seriously and they will belittle you for it! what a joke

   Ordered here a few times in the past but something was always wrong, or it was late, or the delivery driver was rude, but it had been a few months and thought I'd try again. Already the gluten free pizzas are extortionately expensive (16.99 for a small) but that's not this franchise's fault, so I ordered on two for Tuesday so I could save the second one for the next day. I placed my order and they delivered only one pizza...so I paid 21.58 (including a big dip) for one small pizza. I called them and they did offer an extra free pizza the next time I order as they can't send the driver out again, which is I guess, okay. But safe to say I probably won't be ordering again any time soon anyway, too much hassle when they always seem to be having problems. I've just chalked it up to mine own foolishness for ordering in the first place.

   Lets face it, Dominos can never really be a 5 star due to the quality of the pizzas BUT I will say, the staff are usually very nice here and helpful. 3 stars for them alone.

   I should have read the other reviews. Food was mostly cold on arrival and missing items. Any person with dietary preferences/needs would be advised to avoid, as would anyone that enjoys hot food and actually receiving said food. Oh and if you ring them, be prepared for confusion, lies and being hung up on.

   Terrible service! Can’t believe the manager hang up on me!! Got a message that driver was on his way with my order at 18.02. Called at 18.52 as still no delivery. My brother’s order from VIP pizza, ordered at the same time, got here no problem. I was told that the pizza was returned to the shop because no one answered but no one called my phone nor rang my doorbell (there were 5 of us at home) and when I asked the manager to place my order again, he hang up! I called again to ask when I would be reimbursed and they said 5 to 7 working days… unprofessional and so disappointing that our family dinner was ruined as a result.

   Ordered vegan pizza and saw how stuff prepares them, not washing their hands after touching the till and no problem with handling meat right before preparing vegan food. Unnaceptable hygiene and cross-contamination.

   Living close to this store, it has never been great. However, after getting a flyer advertising new management, I thought I would give the store another go. Slow delivery (2 hours) on a weeknight; missing cookies; cold food; expensive for what it is. I have also collected food before - and the staff have often proven slow and rude. I would recommend avoiding this store - there are so many better places to order from!
