AVOID**********Rude and abusive owner we ordered pizzas for a party and they sent burnt pizzas and when we call up saying that you have sent burnt pizzas he denies they are from his shop
I would give no stars. Ordered our food at 7.30pm. Order confirmed. Estimated time given. After waiting over 1 and a half hours our order was cancelled. Shocking service. No communication from them. This would of been our first time ordering from here. It will definitely be the LAST.
How can these takeaway places still be surviving? Over charged my partner and just look at the chips they were black!!!! I didn't realise until I had the ones with the cheese covered on. Picture does it justice. The were literally all bruised coloured.
Order regularly and usually food is hot and tasty. Ordered scampi chips and salad previously was very nice and could be compared to homemade so decided to order again. Was really disappointed it was basically a tray of chips. There were eight pieces of scampi and no salad and barely warm. Other meals in the order were correct hot and tasty. Wont be ordering scampi again.
Have been a regular customer here for a long time. Tonight, I placed my order by phone as usual, ready for me to walk round to collect. I requested the link to be sent so that I could pay on my card. It did not arrive, so rang them Person on the phone very rude, and said that they would send it again Still did not arrive, so had to ring them again The person this time read my order back to me, which was completely wrong, ( a large and a small doner kebab on nan, not pitta, my actual order). They kept repeating the wrong order, so i asked to speak to another member of staff. I went to collect my food One staff member just glared at me, the 'owner ' ?? was incredibly rude and did not even smile at me. (there is an original member of staff still there who is absolutely lovely, however, he doesn't seem to be able to respond in the way that he used to under the new owner)? I walked home with my food, however, when i unwrapped it, both ' kebabs' had a cold pitta bread thrown on top, and no nan breads! I know that mistakes happen, however, due to the earlier issues re payment, I had repeated my order approximately 4 times, and they still got it wrong! I had to phone them again, then wait for the nan breads to be delivered The delivery driver was incredibly rude, no smile/ no apologies As for the food, it was appalling Doner meat cold, greasy and did not taste fresh Salad was watery which made the nan bread soggy, chillies tasted odd, we were left with a layer of cold grease on the roof of our mouths after only a few bites. Absolutely terrible service and disgusting food which went into the bin. Sorry Britannia, you have lost a regular customer and would benefit from some training in basic customer service skills.
Waited an hour and a half for a takeaway tonight !!!! It came cold to the point we had heat it up , will not be ordering from here again ! Donna meat was s@**

The donner meat was literally drenched in oil which soaked into the naan bread of my kebab and was genuinely pouring off when tilted. (See photos of kebab, naan and paper it was wrapped in). The aftertaste of the meat was just pure salt and it arrived barely warm. The pizza was soggy and underwhelming. The one star is for the onion rings, which, in fairness were quite nice. Will not order from here again.
