   So I placed an order online, one half and half pizza and a side. Pizza Hut call me up and say they have ran out of mushrooms.... Ok fair enough (not really) but whatever.. I calmly explain to the ridiculously rude guy on the phone that there is always an issue or problem when ordering and he very rudely snaps back "do you want another topping or what". I was in the middle of asking my wife what she would like and mentioned pepperoni and he said "good" and put the phone down on me. I completely understand the stresses and pressure of work life but the Hove branch needs a good shake up as the food quality is poor, the customer service is appalling and the waiting times is ridiculous. I really wanted to cancel the order but already paid and it's a looooong process to get your money back as it's nearly impossible to get through when you call. Just to be clear, the last time I ordered was about a year ago and had the same issues... Thought I'd try again in the hope of a better experience... Wish I never bothered.

   Really nice food, Pizza Hut is always a nice treat to have. The Portland road branch has improved over the years. The delivery driver was polite and friendly tonight, credit to the store.

He was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect with my order. It’s always nice to be treated with such professionalism and kindness. I’ll definitely be coming back again—thank you, Hamit, for making the visit so enjoyable!

   We ordered the XXL pizza from here for delivery. The pizza was hot when it arrived and the fries were crispy - not soggy how they normally end up being after getting a delivery! Was so delicious, I purchased it again on this trip from a different store and it was made so differently compared to this store. Such a let down - tasted completely different! However would definitely order from this store again!

   Congratulations Pizza Hut Hove for the worst take away experience I've ever had!! Firstly although it was easy to order through the app., which is the only positive, the food arrived late and all of the food was cold. What turned up was not what we ordered and on calling the shop was told that, although wedges were on the menu, Pizza hut don't do them any more. These were substituted for extra chicken strips and cheesy garlic bread, which was fine, but it would have been nice to have been contacted about it before substitution. I called the shop and the guy who answered was very abrupt when I was asking about the food being wrong and hung up before I felt we had come to a conclusion, saying "thanks, bye" and putting the phone down while I was in mid sentence. The pizza ordered was pretty bland, greasy and tasteless and a little over done, the mac and cheese was undercooked one end and burnt the other and the chicken strips were only just cooked and were soggy and anaemic. I have had an issue with this branch about 5 years ago, which was resolved and put right by the next visit, but I wouldn't go back to this branch if you paid me. I'd rather go to Domino's Altogether an unforgettable pizza experience for all the wrong reasons.

   If you’re into eating cold, bland cardboard this is the place for you. The soggy chicken dippers really complemented the extremely dry and bland pizza and made it possible to swallow, which in itself was traumatising on the taste buds. The 1 hr and 20 minutes I waited on reflection was a happy time, it was all downhill once the pizza arrived.

   If you want to receive your pizza I highly recommend ordering for else where!! 3 hours and still no pizza...... Delivery driver turns up with someone elses order, I'm then told, I have to call the branch to sort it!! Calling them is a mission in itself as they never answer! Called up multiple times to be told it will be coming and then on the last time I then get told "it hasn't been made and will be another 90 minutes! " they then proceed to tell. Me that items will be missing from the deal as they don't have them!! 3 hungry children, they can't refund you unless you contact Customer service which takes 5-10 days! Absolutely shocking customer service, the guy on the phone didn't put the hock down and we could hear him mocking us about having hungry children and the staff were all laughing and swearing about it. We will NOT be ordering from Hove branch ever again!

   Not worth it. Last few times (and today) ordered and pizza is undercooked. You take a slice and all the toppings slide off it! It’s slimy and wet. Not much taste. Also, today one topping is missing. The last few orders have been extremely bad so today is final order and never again from this shop. The worst Pizza Hut delivery. Update: after one slice and 30min I’m not feeling well. All is going into bin now. WASTE OF MONEY!

   Ordered from here today for 4 people. When the pizza arrived, the pizza was quite soggy and there was too much sauce. Also there was no garlic on the crust. We order from here quite often and have never had any problems until now.
