Had really nice pizzas and fantastic service from Aiden at the Hove Papa Johns yesterday so big shout out to him for everything he did for us and thank you again
Wrong order delivered, driver was lost so I had to walk to the next road to find him in my pj's at 10.30pm. Store manager wasn't available, she would call me today. Not heard anything by 5pm so called, she was having difficulties hearing me. Called back on home phone, same reply. Said I could hear her clearly issue was their phone. Asked for a mobile number to call her, she hung up. 4 more calls went unanswered. Finally got through to another member of staff who could hear me. I said he needs to sort the phone situation & he needs to explain to her, he did but again the same manager came on & asked me to explain. She wasn't aware of my delivery details, again started to break it down to the basics but she hung up. Ive pictures of the order & list of calls . Ive complained to customer service but not open unti Monday. Wrong order, no refund or replacement, no communication between themselves and calling me. I'm now having to travel the 20mins walk with the £28 wrong order. It's only 23hrs late
Never really had a problem here, have only ever collected, if any issues in the past they was quick to fix and always so apologetic, food is great and as said never a problem, much better than the other big named pizza takeaway.
They do what they like. A couple of weeks back we ordered a deal that came with a drink, and they sent no drink with the delivery guy saying that they ran out. No money off, no substitute, no apology. Gave them another go and they sent a pizza that didn't have all the pre specified ingredients on it (not a create your own, just a standard pizza with standard ingredients). Like I said, they do what they like.
When this first opened, it was the best pizza I had eaten, but in the last 6 months the experience is some what dissapointing
Awful dry pizza and took an hour to arrive. For this price I'd expect far more. Vegan sausage was genuinely vile too. Last time I order Papa John's.
Come on guys!!! I trust Papa John’s all over the world I am really disappointed this time. What’s going on? Ok this is not Westminster but please don’t ruin our dinner or lunch. 1/3 was only dough not even cooked pizza, extra cheese was not there supposed to here and the quality not in the place. Special Garlic can not make all the job. Please work on it, I care hard work and also increased bills affecting everyone but no these are not excuses for an international brand. Please work on it!
Ordered and paid online. 2 hours have past, still says making pizza on tracking. Phoned a few times and not answering phone either. Strange as used in the past with no problems.
Messed up our order. Phoned up after over an hour had passed and the staff said that they had forgotten about our order and will send it out in half an hour. It was already late so I cancelled the order. Said that we will not get a refund for 3-5 working days even though it was the shop staff error. Won’t be ordering from Papa Johns again.
Pizzas promised to arrive in 20 mins (we were located round the corner) they arrived over an hour later and cold. Promised a refund, but am still chasing the refund. Garlic sauce is not garlic sauce - it is butter at best!
