   I've seen the one star reviews on here. Personally, I've had no negative experiences with Pizza Time. Their pizza's are the best I've tried so far, so have returned as a customer after trying others. Customer service is great. Kind and polite staff. Delivery drivers are also kind and polite. I'll gladly remain a customer of Pizza Time.

   It used to be amazing pizza always on time never had any issues, but today absolute nightmare. I got hot dog dough balls without hot dog and cheese inside. We got misplaced pizza, had to wait 2.5 hours for re-delivery of of the pizza we wanted , after calling again we had to collect it on our own. The pizza was still wrong!! There were another two customers who had the same issue with their orders when going to collect mine . Not even sorry or any type of apology.

   I placed an order with Pizza Time Kettering and the experience was awful. The pizzas arrived completely destroyed inside the boxes, cheese slid off, toppings scattered. Sauces were placed inside the hot pizza boxes, which melted the packaging and spilled all over the food. I even found ingredients I never ordered. The driver asked me to pay in cash even though I had already paid online. I reported this immediately to Pizza Time, but nobody has replied to my complaint. The food was inedible and the service unacceptable.

   The company I work for had a celebration this week and decided to buy the workers a pizza lunch. I contacted Pizza time in Kettering and after talking to Mishel, who was very helpful, I ordered a total of 44 Pizza`s to be delivered to my work. I needed the deliveries to arrive at 2 separate times (mid day and 5pm) to cover workers on different shifts. Both deliveries arrived on time, with the food piping hot. Despite the size of the order (10 different varieties across 44 pizza`s) there were no mistakes. Everyone commented that the pizza was delicious and most workers came back for second and even third helpings. I would definitely use this company again. They were friendly, efficient, helpful and best of all, the food was great.

   What can I say out of the 5 places I called they were the only one to agree to deliver to a lay-by near Corby which is such a great thing for me being a HGV driver. The food was amazing I’m now stuffed. Also the delivery driver is such a lovely person and a gem, thank you for your service is was amazing

   Waiting time is absolutely appalling. When you place an order it says 30-45 mins, waited for over an hour and 20 mins before I’ve decided to ring, been told there was a problem with their system but rest assured my pizza was in the making and should be with me very soon, then after another hour of waiting ,made another phone call to ask about the whereabouts of my food and been told they’re just cutting it and will send it over. Never had to wait for over 2 hrs for some pizza. Bit of a joke when it comes to getting it but the pizza is really good!

   Lovely fresh pizzas. I love the fact they use 3 types of peppers rather than just green ones. Makes the pizza so colourful and inviting!
