    ordered 1/2 and 1/2, chicken club and the works. the chicken club half had no chicken, we phoned the kettering branch and the staff where hostile and argumentative, we explained no chicken and was met by a barrage of excuses and that they would not fulfil their legal obligation to supply what we paid for. avoid and use any other pizza delivery. will be contacting their uk hq as the service was horrendous. photos attached you can clearly see no chicken

    What a joke takes over a hour to get phone call saying outside open my door and nobody outside twice . I want a refund not next pizza free what a complete joke. Now having to get my bank to get my refund cause in england your entitled to a refund if you've not received product/services.

    Official Review – Unacceptable Service and Negligence I placed a simple, clearly communicated order with Papa John’s: one “Pizza The Works” half with jalapeños and half without, and one standard pepperoni pizza—an item I have reliably ordered for years. What I received, however, was a complete and unacceptable failure: one pizza contained only cheese and tomato with partial jalapeños, and the other was “The Works” with added pepperoni. Upon calling to resolve this issue, the customer service representative—whose command of English was poor—responded with unprofessional rudeness. He insisted, without evidence, that the order had been repeated correctly twice and offered no solution or remedy. My family, present during the call, confirmed the original order, yet the representative refused to acknowledge any error, displaying blatant negligence and an alarming lack of accountability. This experience demonstrates a systemic failure in operational accuracy, customer service standards, and basic professional courtesy. It is unacceptable for a company of this scale to dismiss clearly verifiable mistakes while treating customers with outright hostility. I expect immediate corrective action and reassessment of staff training protocols to prevent future occurrences.

    Te food was better overall, it was the last time we ordered from them. The jalapeño & cheese bites are miniature, my Cypriot pizza has only one feta cube on it. It supposed to be a deal but turned in to rip off…

    We used to live in Milton Keynes and were always impressed by Papa John's vegan pizzas. However we moved to Kettering and the service and quality of pizza here is completely different and very disappointing. The pizza's are sloppy and soggy, and the sides under-cooked. Twice we've all had an upset stomach after eating as well! Also - the 'tracker' to see when your pizza will come is completely inaccurate, often stating it's been delivered for a good 30mins+ before it arrives. We never had this issue in MK, it was always accurate. Such a shame as in MK they were really good, but we won't be ordered from Kettering again.

    Never received my order but still charged for it, rang up told to want for a refund, so rang again days later to then be told I need to contact my bank for a refund as they can't do anything about it. They may aswell be wearing strippy tops with a swag bag. There food is decent enough and they can do some good deals but after my recent encounter with there rude and massively unhelpful staff member I wont be going back

    Dreadful service, pizza was late arriving and cold. Rang woman who was rude and said to bring in uneaten pizza for refund, will do this tomorrow. Don't use these people, use Dominoes instead.

    Rude staff if 0 stars were available then this is what they’d get. Shame as pizza is good but when ordering a vegan option you should be given just that and not be faced with rude staff when questioning what cheese has been used
