Poor service, went wrong address twice, wrong drink, freezing food by time they arrived. Rude driver barley spoke English, refused to refund it. Won't use again and advise others the same. Will broadcast this as I'm an influencer on TikTok to thousands of people.
Horrible stuff I ordered 3 wings for £1.50 thought it was a good deal got them chicken was not hot at all kitchen was a mess chicken was tough and disgusting last thing I would choose anywhere don't go here
ordered food, told food would be 50 mins... Two hours later, no food. Called to enquire was told "I do not understand you" Such a shame as the food from here is great.
We have ordered bunch of food to try this take away and I did regret this straight away. We have ordered peri peri chicken strips lemon and herb and it was disgusting. No flavour at all just chicken. My cheese chips were not even cook as I expected Crispy fresh chips… my niece have ordered chicken dippers again no taste… just chicken with breadcrumbs. it such a shame! Garlic sauce taste as it was diluted with water. If you think to order from this place please double think as you will regret is immediately. If I could go back in time I would definitely cancel my order.
Waited an hour and a half for my order, called up after an hour and they said it was on the way then had to wait a further half an hour. Then when the food arrived it was barely warm, called up and got toll of I want a refund I have to give the food back to them even after I had handled it, so just ate it anyway as they gave no other alternative. Definitely wouldn't recommend

I ordered from favourite gourmet kitchen in Bedford from just eat. The order was originally supposed to arrive within 45-60 minutes. At the 60 minute mark I received a phone call from a woman who didn't seem to understand what she should be telling me. She said she'd forgotten to.give the delivery driver our order. I said ok, how long will it take? 30 minutes she replied. An hour later it arrived. When the food turned up it was cold, congealed and soggy. We also received an incredibly spicy burger, which I didn't order. My son was in tears. My partner even said it was too hot for him ( he loves spicy). We'd spent almost £50 on food. When I asked for a refund the delivery driver offered us £5, which I said wasn't good enough. Then I received a text message saying that they will give us nothing as they'd given us extra food. It must of been invisible as I couldn't see it. After another hour I finally managed to talk to someone on the just eat live chat ( which took another hour) they would only refund the food. Not our drinks. What a joke. To top it all off the restaurant won't close the order so I can't review them on just eat.
Fast and friendly service and the gourmet burger is amazing plus the fries have the skins on make it the perfect meal!
After a very long and painful day of delayed trains, our connecting coach to Cambridge was nowhere to be found. Our only sign of hope was food. I noticed Favorita, which was completely now to me. The staff made the fastest, best looking and delicious pepperoni pizza for us and upgraded the size as they could see I'd had a crappy day. Guys that pizza was fantastic, thank you!
