   I would give zero. Ordered food after 1 hour called to chase and was told it was out for delivery, 40 minutes large called again told food wasn't done by a barely illegible member of staff, asked for a refund told need to wait for manager and hung up. Disgusting service

   My daughter placed order for £55, order was delivered minus 2 meals, 1 was for my 2 young Grandsons, amounting to £20, tried 20 times on my phone plus numerous times on my Daughters, Son- in-laws and Sons phones to contact them, no response, absolutely disgusting customer service, would not recommend to my worst enemy, now we have had to order from elsewhere and had to wait for another delivery. Safe to say we WILL NOT BE USING BUCKNALL EXPRESS AGAIN AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE

   Will never order from here again. I ordered 2 sundaes online as a treat. When we got there he said the flavour I had chosen was out of stock. I then went in to choose a new flavour and the majority of them were out of stock. The guys didn’t speak much English so it was difficult to communicate and this factored in to why the order was repeatedly wrong. I ended up choosing a cookies and cream. First he gave a cup of plain vanilla ice cream & then I asked where the cookies were. So he got an ores and just crumbled it on the top. £7.50 for a cup of plain ice cream with a crumbled Oreo on the top, no sauce or anything ! Next time I’ll go get a Ben and Jerry’s.

   Have ordered peri peri chicken from here for a long time, always amazing and beautiful chicken. Tonight though the chicken was dry, like it had been reheated. It was tough and dry, never experienced this from here so was a bit shocked. I will try definitely order again as this was the first time the food was not nice.

   My first time ordering and it will not be my last. Ordering from the website was simple and fast. The food arrived in 35 mins, steaming hot. The doughnuts were still warm, light and fluffy the way proper doughnuts are supposed to be. Topping just enough. I had the nut batch....I preferred more nuts however they were delicious the way they were. The peri peri chicken was moist and the sauce hot (not mild) fries cripsy on the outside and soft on the inside not one was soggy. Well impressed

   Very pleased with my Asian Style 14" Square Pizza with Piri Piri chicken wings on top. The service was quick. The staff was very polite and courteous. It's an open kitchen so I enjoyed watching my pizza being prepared and cooked. I ordered the pizza in person and have collected it within 15 minutes. Really tasty and juicy pizza. Highly Recommended.

   Great food and the square pizza is an absolute delight. Very tasty and reasonable priced foods whenever I have ordered. Always delivered promptly and very good customer service. I don't see many takeaways offer square pizzas here in Stoke on Trent city and I was delighted to see the new pizza belt oven machine seeing my pizza getting cooked while I was waiting. Really recommend it.
