Very friendly guys always get the food spot on! Always quick with delivery service And food is always hot when delivered I must say, probably one of the nicest pizzas I’ve had for a very long time also, may i ad it’s all made with fresh dough daily! will definitely recommend delicious!!
Have been using Delicious for years and can honestly say never had any issues, I order a home delivery from them pretty much every Friday. I either have donner kebab or Pizza, food comes hot extremely tasty, payment is quick and easy, delivery is prompt and service exceptional and I look forward to my Friday night takeaways for many years to come. i order food which was 3 large pizzas two meat feast and one cheese and tomatoe with chicken and stuffed crust two base ,chips and cheese,3 cans of coke it came to £63. when delivering had call the girl couldn’t see the numbers and didn’t get out the car as it was dark i had to go out down the road to get it. the food came it was disgusting pizzas were medium not stuff crust and like cardboard i rang up to get the response you didn’t order stuff crust and tryed to tell me they were large pizzas and i should check my order was rude and said he hasn’t got time for this conversation after waiting hour and half for food and the fact i had to go outside to get the food i ordered over the phone and the staff had left i then asked for the price they over charged me massively wouldn’t refund went down to the shop took the food and refused to give me my money back even no i had brought the food back and could see how bad it was and the fact they over charged me they called the police and completing ignored the fact what they had done
Unfortunately we decided to use Delicious for a home delivery of stuffed crust Pizza, Chicken kebab with all the salad and a portion of salted chips. The total cost was £31.39. Delivery was stated as 45 mins, we had to wait 1.5 hours. What we received can only be described as the worst takeaway food we have ever had. The chips were hard luke warm and dry without any seasoning on, the pizza had virtually no sauce on the base and the pepperoni and donna meat was so dry that it was like chewing cardboard. The final insult was the chicken kebab. It was slavered in chilli sauce that looked like it had been put on with a shovel, it was absolutely everywhere. The salad consisted of a few limp faded green peppers, a single slice of onion, mashed up lettuce all floating in water. We called delicious to complain and asked for a refund. All we were offered was a replacement salad. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else. If you use delicious you are just setting yourself up for disappointment. We will never eat this garbage again... Thanks Delicious great customer care. Not!
I always came to this store to order only one same dish which is Lamb Shish Kebab. Today I came in and there was a new young person who had blonde hair and took my order. I asked for Lamb shish, and asked for two order of the same one with lots of salad, and garlic sauce. When I got home, it was the wrong order. They gave me chicken kebab so it was the wrong order and obviously was overcharged for this!! £22 for the wrong order. I was charged Lamb shish and they gave me chicken. Sorry but your new worker is very dishonest for his own mistake! I phoned to tell about the mistake and they asked me to come back to the shop. Then they said they kept saying that I made the mistake. Blaming me. How can I make a mistake for an order that I always and only make?? They said I cannot get my correct order even if I returned this chicken. And that I cannot get a refund. £22 order in the BIN as we DO NOT eat chicken!!! SO SO disappointed! Money wasted ! Poor recruitment. Poor customer service.
Absolutely shocking, used the web app, no mention of any minimum order (also payed the delivery charge) and they then, after taking payment, phoned when they got round to it to ask for more money! Have not been refunded the money at present! Great customer service Delicious! You make the mistake and the customer pays!
doner is a must try, Garlic sauce is amazing, shishs, wraps, chicken strips, popcorn chicken, mozzarella sticks, jalapeños cream, garlic bread, burgers Chilli sauce is great. pizza available also thin and stuffed... delivery can be extremely fast at times, to your liking pizzazz can be well done, Chilli powder available for toppin as well...
10 quid for a chicken shish wrap, which had only little meat in , no sauce no salads nothing. Just the wrap and cold meat.....really should be taken off the menu as this is just a scam. The packaging of the wrap is probably more expensive then the food contents.
This is the 3rd time we’ve ordered from here. 1st time was excellent and couldn’t fault it. 2nd was ok. 3rd and final time I will order. Ordered 2 pizzas, meant to be thin crust but they were very doughy and not quite cooked enough as there was too much dough. The 2 doner wraps we received were disgusting. Great big slabs of cold meat instead of thin slices. Looked like canned spam. Greasy and flavourless. The only saving Grace we’re the chips, although a large portion would be enough for 2 not 4
I have been there twice and the staff are very friendly and very helpful. The food is outstanding, and for me worth the further walk. I had the mixed kebab and the whole thing was well presented and tasted great. Prices correct 14/01/2021
