   They put coriander in one kind of their sushi and thats what I don't approve. The proportion of fish on the sushi is relatively small that is very disappointing. Overall taste is only acceptable. I will go back to traditional sushi.

   The rice was so dry and hard that the maki rolls fell apart. I was very excited to try the innovative flavours, but the basic rice quality was so poor that my experience was terrible.

   An absolute gem in Brighton. The food was fresh and tasty and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Tried different food and was very amazed with the different flavours. will defo visit again when we are next in Brighton!

   Food is honestly amazing. Full of favours, fresh and made to order. To our surprise didn't wait long either. We definitely loved the chocolate nutella tulip sushi as haven't seen that before. It was only £2.70. Great find and lots of choices of individual fresh sushi peace's so didn't have to buy the whole rolls to try different flavour combinations like fennel with anchovies. And from what I saw lots of non fish options like beef, chicken, duck, pate and also vegetarian. We both were well impressed. It's a quality food. One thing we had to scan the bar code on top of the menu to see the actual photos. Next time we definitely will look the menu up before coming as they seem to have even sushi sandwiches.

   The sushi is delicious and the staff are friendly. However they don't have anything with Crabs on the menu! A sushi shop without a crab salad or a crazy california roll isn't really a sushi shop. And when i asked for a glass of tap water they said i need to buy a bottle of water. This is the first resturant ever In the UK to deny a request of tap water.
