I have just had one of the best quick airport meals I have ever had. Great, fresh sushi at a very acceptable price. The chicken rice bowl was healthy, nutritional and delicious. Surprising quality for what looks like Japanese “fast food”. Exemplary service too. I’d go for expanding the seating area with back support.

Just grabbing a quick bite before a flight. I was happy with the prices in comparison with everywhere else. The quality was lovely, certainly a class above other prepacked food options available, and the deal was only sweetened by the fantastic Moses who greeted me with such friendliness it took me by pleasant surprise. An example of a man who's unbroken by the monotony of the service industry. What a fantastic gentleman.
Fab Sushi and hot food - Fab selection of sushi and hot dishes. Great tasty things that are not too filling before you fly. Loved the chocolate hot buns. Also great selection of hot noodle and rice dishes.
Healthy dining option at an airport… rare! We only ordered chicken noodle soup but it was delicious and bursting with flavor. You could taste each ingredient which shows the food is fresh. The restaurant was packed with a lot of happy customers. Highly recommend!
My favourite fast food restaurant: classy, tasty, healthy…. So happy it is in the departure lounge ((don’t be put off if you don’t see it in the signposts or google tells you it’s elsewhere.. it’s upstairs in the departure lounge in the south terminal). Just waiting for mitsu in Spain and elsewhere now! Chicken teriyaki amazing and so was the cheesecake roll
Might be time of the day, but no cold foods and you could only select from what was prepared behind the register. To order was quick, queue went down fast. Was given the korean bbq chicken, which was pretty disappointing, didn't really have any flavour and the chicken was overcooked. But a decent sized portion, if a bit overpriced for £7.99. They had no extra available (nuts/garnishes to add to the food) Is good if you're in a rush and need a bite to eat, but wouldn't say for much more.
I stopped in itsu for breakfast; mostly because it had the shortest line. The restaurant was well staffed and only had to wait five minutes or so to get through. I ordered two breakfast rolls. They were okay but the bacon was awkwardly soggy. Not the worst but probably go with something different next time. The sit down part of the restaurant is beautiful and very tidy.
