   Been a loyal customer to this branch for a couple of years now. But today wrong pizza was delivered (label correct, pizza wrong), we called and were assured a replacement would be sent out. 1hr 45 mins later we’re still waiting. Called again but was hung up on by the person on the phone. Absolutely despicable

   I ordered meal for delivery at Tuesday around 19:00, food been delivered around 2 hours after order been made.Food came chilled not warm. Taste wasn't enjoyable. Guy on phone was laying the a few times the food is on the way. He wasn't nice. Delivery guy was very presents and stars are actually for him.

   Ordered pizza for dinner, and about an hour later, both my husband and I became violently ill. We experienced intense vomiting — more than 10 times — along with fever and severe exhaustion. It was clearly food poisoning. This was a terrible and dangerous experience. I would never recommend eating here. Be careful!

   After tracking the pizza delivery it said it was checking and cutting it for 15 minutes then when it arrived it was warm at best and tasted very doughy like it needed to be cooked longer, we won't be ordering from them again.

   Absolutely awful experience this evening with Papa Johns Plumstead Road ordered 2 pizzas with sides the sides being the tatertots with cheese and jalapeno bites, ordered at ten to 9 on a Friday evening, website advised delivery by 21.30 nice bit of pizza before bed. At 21.40 the website was showing the order as delivered, so i called the store and was told the order would be with me by 22.00, an hour and ten mins after placing the order and 30 mins later than advertised. I was also advised my order was in the car the whole time, so i said i wasnt happy and wanted to cancel the order as i was now getting tired and didnt fancy starting to eat at 22.00. I was told I had to get a refund through the app as id ordered through the app, i hadn't i ordered through the website, whilst trying to locate the number to call on the website (whilst simultaneously on the phone to the store) the guy Amran hung up on me. I called straight back and was being fobbed off again when the driver knocked on my door. I advised the driver that i did not want the order, He refused to leave my doorstep, he had parked in the road blocking all traffic and said i "had to take the food". I said I dont want It. The driver, imran, said it is company policy to ensure the food is left with the customer even as a way of an apology for the poor service at this point I was getting to the point where i didnt like having someone refusing to leave and refusing to accept me cancelling the order. It was a little bit intimidating having him refuse to leave and insisiting i must have the food. The food was terrible,The tatertots with cheese and bacon were stone cold and stodgy after such a long wait, the bbq pizza was drenched in BBQ sauce, not a drizzle as advertised literally drenched in bbq sauce. At one point on the pizza it was pretty much pooled. All in all an absolute nightmare. Terrible wait times, awful customer service and an intimidating driver refusing to leave and, of course, the food was disgusting. It probaly would have been nice when it was fresh. I'll never know I will never go to Papa Johns ever again.

   Apparently my deal wasn't available for delivery but it was on their delivery deal page. I have had nothing but problems with the website and the staff. I AM DONE

   Awful customer service and communication. no manger available to help the poor staff member who didn't know what he was doing.

   Cold pizza half the time, manager does not care and has a terrible attitude. Won't be using again, told manager who put the phone down. Shop looked grubby when I picked a pizza up last time. Manager said the pizza had come straight from the oven to my house when the app tracker said delivered 30 mins before it turned up....no wonder it was cold.

   The delivery driver threw our pizzas on our door mat, knocked and walked away. I said to my partner that I'm pretty sure they have just been thrown down and we checked our CCTV and we watched him throw them on the floor. Absolutely disgusting!!
