   I would actually put this down as the worst pizza I've ever had. No BBQ sauce at all, paid extra for the Korean chicken and got 2 pieces, swapped the pepperoni for Chorizo and got none but I did get red jalapenos. Nice one.

   Was sworn at by the manager, Andy, after he refused a refund for being given the wrong order. Our pizza was completely wrong and disgusting, when I called last night to complain the staffs were rude, hung up on after I politely asked for a return, and when I called back they said they were closed and would not offer us a refund or replacement. The manager made false claims as to why they would not give us a refund, which is against policy AND the law. Truly disgusting. After reading the other reviews I do not have faith in this store again. Will be complaining further for the way I was spoken to by the manager.

   I have used this branch for a few years, it has had issues with consistency of service a few years ago. However I have found a great improvement perfect pizzas every time, yes there is a wait sometimes but I have found the young ladies that have served me very polite and apologise for the wait. I have been in when difficult customers have been in, I think people need to appreciate that especially now with no cash taken is now company rules like many of us are now and not the fault of the staff. Top marks will be back next week

   Ordered pizza x2 for ASAP, the tracker stated that the delivery was in process, I called the shop to ask where the pizza was as this was after 1.5 hours and was told that the pizza had just come out the oven and was for the next delivery, this eventually turned up cold after 2.5 hours. Absolutely disgusting, I wanted to have a quick bite to eat before going to bed as I have been working long hours and need to get up early. Pizza was dry and looked like it had been sat for a long time, in which it had according to it being just out the oven a hour before I receive it. Won't use again

   order made, after 90' its still in prepare stage. I call them, a girl cannot find the order, I give her the ref number, she does and just then says they are too busy. She asked me to wait more and if they again are too late they can refund ( kind of left me wondering if they plan to send the delivery after all). No apologies at all!!! first time ordering and obviously the last.
