   Ordered for delivery. After 2 hours of them not answering the phone we drove 20 minutes to them to find the doors locked and none of the staff would speak to us. We then drove to another of their stores who were rode and provided no information other than it isn’t our store so not our problem. I order twice a week here and will never order again. No contact with us to explain where the pizza is. Great way to spend a Sunday night with no explanation so we couldn’t order other food incase this turned up. Disgusting.

   Totally messed up my order, zero help when trying to get it sorted. The manager tried to get me to call him on his personal number! Avoid.

   This place has gone down hill so bad, service is slow, left waiting for nearly half an hour after the collection time, our pizzas was not even cut which is just outrageous. I will not be coming back any time soon.

   If I could put minus stars, I would. I ordered 2 cookie dough boxes, was told it would be about an hour, fine. Arrival time kept getting later and later. My order then made its way to my house, I was notified that my driver was outside and was trying to find my house, I went out to look for them and I couldn't see anyone then my phone buzzed and said my order had been delivered, weird, so I went back to my house to no delivery. The app then refreshed and said "driver waited 6 minutes and could not deliver your order". I called Pizza Hut and asked what was going on, he asked for my address and order number, I gave it to him and he said my order number didn't exist. I said the money has come out of my bank and the delivery driver was near my house so obviously the order has gone through. Nope, he claims that there's no such order. I then asked whether I would be getting my food or my money back and he replied "I'm going to hang up on you now because it's closing time" I said I wanted to know what was going to happen now and he said "I hang up now" and proceeded to do so. I managed to sort it out with Deliveroo and they refunded me. Absolutely piss poor service from Pizza Hut. Avoid like the plague, massive waste of time.

   Just waited over 2 hours for a delivery. Aman just hung up the phone to me. Very poor cusyomer service experience and treatment by her. Pizza arrived and is cold as its been out for so long. Not impressed.

   I work part time doing Uber eats. This means I only get paid per order. I go in to the shop and say my order and the guy says okay will be 5 mins. 20 mins later someone comes out and says it’s now in the oven. I’ve wasted 30 mins here now and still waiting. The staff I spoke to were rude and did not care at all. They did not even offer me a drink as an apology. Because of the boosts on this evening it has cost me about £20.00. If I was told there would be a big wait, I would of left the order and done other orders. Update, I went back and spoke to the manager. He apologised for what had happened and what was said and was able to end it on a nice note.

   We ordered 2 'Make your own' pizzas on Monday 24th May @ 20.50. They were delivered not only early but hot and correctly made!! I know we probably think this is a given as its their job but over the months of lockdown I have experienced the incompetence of a great number of staff/restaurants! Also there were very exact delivery instructions regarding entry to my building and the diver Gabor followed them exactly and was very polite! Faith restored ...

   Terrible!! Wait time is always over an hour. I'm currently over 10 minutes into a phone call trying to get through and clearly no one is going to answer... Previous times I've ordered from there I've asked for extra cheese. Has this happened? NO. Only half of the pizza slices would be covered in cheese and that wasn't even a thick layer!! Twice I have called and they have refused to take my order because they are too busy. The first time I was told to call the Grove Road pizza hut but were told that they didn't cover my area and wouldn't make an exception even though I couldn't order from my local. The second time I was refused was because a driver had broken down. I keep trying to order from pizza hut because I like the taste of their pizzas. I wish Grove Road delivered to me because their service was exceptional with quick delivery and lots of cheese! 15 minutes into the phone call...I give up

   Had to wait over an hour for our order. Called after about half an hour to be told our order would be there in a couple of minutes (fair enough). After a further half hour waiting in the rain, had to call again and was told the same thing. The pizza did turn up within those couple of minutes (and the driver was friendly and polite), but we ended up with three small bottles of Pepsi instead of our large bottle of Tango, as well as having our ice-cream cake missing from the order too! Really not impressed, and will not be using this particular store again, unfortunately.
