   Absolutely disgusting service. Placed order 19.48, expected delivery time 20.03. Contacted the company at 20.55 which puts you through to a call centre who has no ability to do anything and we were told no couriers were available even though you order through just eat they use their own. Was told food would arrive by 21.15 which is absolutely ridiculous. Food arrived wrong, cold and none of us wanted to eat it. We once again phoned the call centre as just eat would only issue a partial refund of just over £14 (the order was nearly £70). Despite working for the company we were told nothing could be done regarding a refund, but they could however send the food again.....none of us wanted another nearly 2 hour wait for cold food again. We did question why she could arrange for the food to be prepared again, but lacked the ability to issue a refund, but no result. Thankfully we managed to call just eat on their business associate line and explained the situation to them and a full refund was issued. Stay clear for your own sake and read other reviews

   Ordered food at 7:40/45 through just eat and after almost an hour called wondering where it was. Got through to a lady that admitted that she wasn’t even in the restaurant but there were no drivers and that’s why there was a delay. Told us to wait another 15 minutes and they were able to suddenly deliver the food. What arrived was cold, wrong and we were - quite frankly - scared to eat it after checking out other reviews on here especially when one of us is pregnant. Called again to try get a refund and just completely fobbed off. Now 10pm and partners had to drive to get us pizza from elsewhere. Poor service, poor food

   The Fat Mexican Chicken Burger was incredibly flavourful. The crunchy chicken, jalapenos, tortilla chips and sauces combined perfectly without overpowering each other. It felt like a gourmet burger at a very fair price. Delivery was fast too. Highly impressed and definitely recommending to friends and family.

   I ordered the XXL Cheese & Tomato Pizza and was blown away by the size and quality. The crust was soft inside with a slight crisp outside, just the way I like it. Cheese was perfectly melted and evenly spread across the whole pizza. Delivery arrived quicker than expected and the food was still steaming hot. Amazing experience overall this is now my go-to pizza place.

   Bad bad bad. Avoid at all costs Its so expensive for store bought waffles shitty undercooked food They took ages to deliver it and they wouldnt accept a refund when stuff is missing The milkshakes need to be avoided since i dont even know what theyre putting in there it was the texture of slime not a drink I didnt drink mine because it was weird but my partner drank his and now has a dodgy stomache My one however sat for a few hours and started expansion out of the cup and dripping slime down the sides and stinking up my flat something wretched If you value your money, food or your gut health then please gey from somewhere else as this is the worst takeaway decision ive EVER made If i could give zero stars i would absolutely disgusting

   After our second order from The Fat Burger, I figured it's a good time to leave a review here. Our delivery arrived in good time, no issues with how warm it was. The burgers were amazing, lovely beef patties and really good fillings. Slightly more expensive than other delivered burgers as they are "Gourmet", but worth the extra instead of other fast food outlets. Cookie dough desserts were delicious. We indulged in one each and felt a little sick afterwards, which is always a good sign. One is probably good to share for two people. The sides, however, are unfortunately a different story. We had some curly fries and nachos. Given the price, they are very much a disappointment. Tiny portions, hardly any toppings on the nachos; I would've had more joy opening a bag of Doritos from the cupboard and having them instead. In summary: burgers are great. Desserts are lovely. Sides are overpriced and disappointing.

   First time ordering from Fat Pizza through just eat. The purchase was straight forward. Delivery was prompt and food was delicious and hot. The dough is really nice and light. Highly recommend and will order again. Myself and son enjoyed our pizzas.

   Both pizzas were absolutely huge and we didn't even order the biggest ones. Tasted alright as well and were cheaper than at other takeaway places. Nothing amazing though, tastes exactly what cheap pizza usually tastes like so don't expect an authentic Italian pizza; other than the name and the use of similar ingredients both share very little with each other. The order was also missing the garlic sauce but at least it arrived 25 minutes early.
