This branch desperately needs new management. The manager on duty, Sam, demonstrated some of THE WORST customer service standards Iβve seen in a long time. not just rude, but openly hostile, dramatic, and completely unprofessional. When me and my partner (I was in the restaurant and my partner was on the phone) we asked a very simple question about a refund (because the online price was cheaper and the store WiFi wasnβt working), she reacted with the worst possible kind of attitude. She took the phone from me as my partner requested to speak to her. The phone was on loudspeaker and she put it up to her ear, which was a bit loud. She threw her arm out in a theatrical display of irritation, and tapping the phone aggressively while pulling faces. She was trying to intimidate me as the person who was seeing her visually, whilst my partner was in the phone. It was shocking to witness from someone in a managerial position. It wasnβt a stressful situation, we even offered a solution to her so that the previous pizza wouldnβt be wasted (we would just add it to the order). Also it wasnt busy at all, so there was no need for it. Her behaviour was not a βbad day.β It was a lack of training, composure, and basic respect for customers. If this is how she behaves openly, itβs a serious reflection of the standards being allowed here. Iβve already filed a formal complaint with head office and requested they review the CCTV, because no customer should be treated with that level of contempt. Avoid this branch until Pizza Hut replaces or retrains whoever is currently running it, because the current leadership is completely unacceptable.

I hadn't been to Pizza Hut for years but visited the Longwater branch at lunchtime today. The lite lunch with a flatbread was lovely and my son had plenty to choose from at the buffet. Very friendly and attentive staff, especially the lady who dealt with us. Although the restaurant was quite busy for a weekday lunchtime, she made sure we were ok with the online ordering system and checked to see if all was OK once we had our food. So nice to eat out where the staff are a pleasure as well as the food. Thank you!

Things have changed a bit since my last visit to Pizza Hut. The server told me, if you don't have a smartphone to place and pay for your order there's no alternative ordering or payment option. There's now only 2 sizes of Pizza, individual (small) and sharing (medium). The pizza was tasty but I noticed that the base was so thin as to be transparent, thinner than a wrap, I kid you not! I was disappointed with the quality of the side dishes considering the price. The cheesy fries weren't very cheesy having just a dribble of thin cheese sauce. The onion rings were a bit soggy and not very hot. The garlic bread was OK, but you can't really get that wrong. The salad bar was also very poor. Nachos were stale, potato salad was mushy, cucumber was soft and soggy. The unlimited soft drinks are still good value and the machine was clean and well maintained with just the right balance of soda and syrup. Likewise, the ice cream factory. Well stocked toppings and nice cold wippy ice cream. The restaurant although clean and tidy is looking a bit tired now and lacked the atmosphere of days gone by. I felt for the staff, although they all tried their best, they seemed to lack the motivation that only a good leader can give in difficult times.

Today we thought that we treat ourselves to pizza hut buffet, following on from a total bottom whooping at 10 pin bowling again. Pizza is always a winner however on our arrival at 1510hrs, we were 10 minutes out of the buffet times. The long haired general, also known as the 1st wife in this scenario said it would be fine. We encroached the seating area and grandma parked her broomstick up against a table and shuffled to the inside of the table. I believe the seating area was for a petite family; not the belly buster kings and the old hag that flew down to torment the nice children on the east coast... We ordered a feast for four or similar wording and a child's pizza. Drinks and scarily the price came in at Β£87. I wasn't expecting a monthly mortgage quotation, but she that shl be obeyed said to be quiet. I can remember 50p pizza feeding the family for a week back in the 80's. The pizza server lady loaded our little table up with two stands and loaded the table with 2 pizza's. We didn't have space for plates, so I simply ate from the trough so to speak. Lots of salad to get my value for money as I am so tight I whistle in the wind. Now being a true northerner I went for the ice cream factory and this was my first offerings to the ice cream gods...

Nice weekend spot for shopping and food at long water. Itβs a big complex with several shopping and the food options. Pizza Hut is located near to sainsbury and itβs a big Pizza Hut with plenty of dining space. Lighting is also perfect here. The pizza taste is really nice. The staff is really helpful and prompt. The ambience is also very nice. The decor and the seating are also nice. Good family restaurant, recommended to visit to enjoy shopping and food at that place.

This used to be a fantastic family restaurant, it's still a nice place to visit, just lost some of its charm. My food was delicious, my son loved his, my husbands pizza was rather sad though! Quick service and polite staff, thank you

Lovely meal. They asked us to order via the app by scanning a QR code, it became a bit tricky as the kids kept changing their minds but the waitress was lovely and took our order for us to remove any frustration. Lovely pizzas, however we did note that a lot of choices have gone or are not available anymore and there was not as much choice on the salad bar, there wasn't even any tomatoes. It was only a minor gripe though. We haven't been since pre pandemic, I was shocked at how much it had gone up in price, costing around Β£35-Β£45 more for a family of 5 than we had previously paid. While lovely, it will have to be a rare treat.

Bright, modern interior but not too garish like many places now are. Friendly, attentive but discreet staff, plenty of cleaning and clearing going on, good pizza variety in the buffet with no waiting for supplies, same with the very fresh salads. The App worked well via the QR. A genuinely nice experience.
