been ordering here over 10years and out of 100s of orders only ever had a hanful of issues thats top quality!
Great pizza honestly
Domino's staff working at Coleman road, rude and not helpful I placed an order for collection to turn up and them say no order here for the name I ordered under, I then showed my order number and they just said oh yer there mistake must have gave it to someone else I said well you must check the order numbers they said no they don't do that there so told them maybe they should start, then wanted me to wait again for my order to be prepared I told them not good enough, and said I want a refund for them to tell me refund will take upto 6 days, absolutely shocking service.
Chips weren’t great but pizza was fantastic. Had an absolutely wonderful driver called mark who was so patient with me when I didn’t hear my phone ringing when he couldn’t find my address and still came and delivered nice hot food when he did come 20+ minutes after trying to call me. Couldn’t have asked for better service
Normally nice pizza, but they were busy and took pizza out of oven early it appeared, pizza was under cooked in some areas so boardline ok/ edible. Not acceptable! Enough staff on but small store for the pressure on weekends
I love dominos Pizza and the nearest to me is at Colman Road. Pizza is always so yummy and tasty, better than anywhere else! The staff are friendly. I would like to mention Brixter Jimenez, always very polite on the phone. I would rate Irene Andres 6 stars! She’s very hard working and she talks to costumers politely and with great service! Thank you and many more costumers to come ❤️❤️
DON'T ORDER HERE! Biggest incompetent rats around! Order took more than 3 hours to appear. Food was freezing cold. Delivery driver tried to GASLIGHT me into thinking we had received a call earlier for delivery... little liar. I have now fallen into a deep dark depression and I will never be happy again and it's all dominos fault. Do better.
As usual the pizza is awesome. But the only thing is the management as their are multiple orders coming to them at the same time so they get disturb managing it because of less experienced employees. Mostly the crew members are the students doing part-time job over their. Which results they are not thoroughly aware about the methods and process. So that's why they get little slow.
The pizza is quite delicious and the service here is excellent. The waiting time is usually from 20 to 35min. The staff is very friendly and patient to brief us their menu and special offer. She also recommend us two delicious pizza. The pizza is amazingly cheap. 2 Lage pizza cost us £13.99 only!! And the portion is for 4 person. The cheese burger pizza is amazing.
