Ate here last night and would never return. I had spaghetti meatballs I could hardly eat any. Microwaved pretty much right infront of us. Meatballs were like salty mush. My partner couldn’t eat his pizza it was full of grease and just terrible and extremely over priced for what it is
Two wraps for £18.. awful. Ordered a fish wrap to discover a small piece of fish with a very vinegary sauce. Halloumi wrap was just as disappointing. When talking to manager and staff, both got very angry. It was just about edible. Do not recommend. 1 star is generous.

Real italian food. Vero good quality pizza and ingredients. Pasta is also good.we had margherita pizza and carbonara spaghetti, both excellent. Price was also fair. Serving people are very friendly. We will go back for sure
After waiting approximately 10 minutes for our food, we were served a burnt and horribly bland pizza, whilst also watching the most entertainingless chef, make the pizza shape whilst also touching cash and touch utensils without washing his hands or gloves used, whilst also having his hat back to front. The food was tasteless and lacking flavour, everybite seemed to get worse and in the end put it to the side and didn't touch anymore, with the feeling of slow stomach cramps after eating and feeling slightly sick after the taste of completely burnt crust, I decided to try the biscuits and once again, bland, tasteless and lacking in flavour, with the addition to chocolate in the middle it didn't provide me with anything other then yet again... Bland and waste of money. The atmosphere from the staff was lacking, they seemed like they couldn't be arsed to be there, not a smile throughout the team other then when they were laughing about people walking past. Being an Italian food place within the castle mall itself, I would probably go to one of the takeaways down the road that don't make amazing pizzas and it would still be better and worth my money. I will not be visiting again.
I won't finally miss my Italy anymore as I found the perfect traditional Italian pizza!! Great service and beautiful and tasty pizza!

Avoid this dreadful outlet, it is totally awful. They took 33minutes to cook 2 pizzas, with no warning of the delay. The pizza cook was swearing and angry that people were only ordering pizzas and being very rude to the rest of the staff, as loudly as he could. When eventually the 2 pizzas did arrive they were nearly inedible. I complained to the "laughably called" manager of the delay and he said he would do better next time, but no apology. When I took one pizza back for a refund as it was both burnt and the meat raw, he agreed to the refund, but again no apology. Simply the worst experience ever for a pop-up style restaurant. It should be shutdown immediately for investigation. I am going to report them to Food Standards. See the 2 photos...
