Bloody rude women and staff ! Waited and watch my food be sat on the side and kept asking for it and they were bloody disgusting about it. And now my food is cold so no I won’t be going back.
Guy on the phone lied by saying they don’t deliver to our address anymore, even though we have had many previous deliveries before, so I placed the order on the app…24 minutes later we had our food.
Consistently brilliant pizza delivered in a timely manner and polite delivery staff! The half and half pizza is a game changer. Cookies are to die for and garlic bread is great but the sides are considerably expensive considering the price of pizza in comparison. I’d personally give the wedges a miss.
Possibly one of the worst takeaway chain pizzas I have ever had, I reckon they made the toppings up as they went. All tasted the same even though half half. Dough tasted of nothing. Wish I had the gag reflex to sick it up. Would rather go swimming in raw sewage than taste that sausage again. Go to papa johns. Would not highly recommend guys
Disgusting! The quality even worst than the frozen £1 pizza. Spent £28 for 2 piece of cold hard wood…. I don’t know why they still can survive with these rubbish! It puts me off completely to order pizza anymore….. if not the big brand to make people order, I don’t think they can survive….. rubbish !
Pizza tracker told me the pizza had been delivered. 20 mins later I try ringing and get through on the 4th attempt. When pizza arrived it was stone cold. I paid extra for dominos because I assumed the service and quality was better, never again!
Shocking!!! Pizza said it was delivered an hour before it turned up. Was freezing when i took it from the delivery driver. When I said it was late he shrugged his shoulders and said he didnt care. Told him to sort his attitude out and he was lucky he didnt get chinned off my doorstep. Phoned to ask for a manager and got palmed off by someone who couldnt speak English. Asked for a call back from a manager only to hear nothing. Absolutely criminal! Had better pizzas from Aldi!!! £35 down
Worst Domino’s I’ve ever used. Had 3 orders cancelled in the last month due to lack of drivers and shortage of staff. On the one occasion I did get a delivery it was stone cold. Plenty of alternative pizza places nearby, don’t bother even trying with this lot
One star review for this horrendously long winded wait of a pizza that never arrived. My wife ordered her pizza for delivery at 18.32 24/09/2022. As you can probably gather haven't received the order. On multiple occasions we tried ringing the store between myself and my partner took well over 15mins before anyone decided to answer the phone line. Once someone who'd I would describe as unhelpful and lack luster at the there role within dominoes said we must of had our order which I can tell you we haven't. When asked for a refund to be told it'll take 2-3 WORKING DAYS!! absolutely disgusting. 2hour wait for a pizza that NEVER ARRIVED!! What an absolute joke! Can absolutely say we'll never be using this dominoes in the future. Lost a previously happy customer. Definitely worth trying anywhere other then this dominoes. Disgusting dominoes sort it out. Regards.
